The food was 100% and very tasty but the staff have no consideration for the customers, you are not greeted by anyone at the door so the till staff ask you if your sitting in or taking away if your sitting in your told to take a seat which is fine but it's at this point your left for around 5 minutes without a menu then once you get the menu your left for at least 15 minutes with no one coming to you. While I was eating I could see the staff walking around on their phones texting and on calls and could hear them talk about customers that were less at a foot away from them overall if you want good food with staff that will ignore you for as long as possible and will not even give you the respect as a customer I would recommend this place but if you want good customer service I would avoid...

Visited Munch as the place was packed and it looked quirky last week. First off - All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly, no complaints at all here.

The issues were the food and coffee, both were left after just having a few bites and a sip.

I had the pancakes and bacon and a caramel latte. Pancakes were void of any taste and I was just chewing them like rubber, the side of bacon was the same. Also, the “maple syrup” is not genuine and probably golden syrup or the like, absolutely horrendous and made the whole meal inedible.

My mate joked when the caramel latte arrived as we could smell the caramel from the table, it was as sickly as if half of it was caramel syrup.

So yeah, a bit harsh for a one...

It’s hard to mess up an ulster fry. But here we are. I get it- tourist trap premium price for minimum effort. The ‘hangover fry’ is described as large, incl tomatoes and mushrooms- looks good on paper- on the plate, portion is king. The bacon was hard, the hash brown (small and singular) was overcooked, the ‘mushrooms’ consisted of 6 tiny half pieces of mushrooms, and the ‘tomato’ was a small 1/4 wedge, slightly warm, mostly raw, as if they thought about frying it then changed their mind. In the grand scheme of things, tomatoes and mushrooms cost nothing, so when you cheap out it just looks bad. Again, premium price for something that would be a medium...

Was in Belfast for the day for Boundary jubilee festival at the Portview trade centre. This came highly recommended Two of us had the full Irish breakfast and one a burger. We all had coffees. The food set us up for the day. Would I go back ? 100%. They even serve beer. Think I saw one lad drinking a pint of Guinness.

Came for breakfast a few weeks ago, really good value for money, lots of options and great portion sizes. The food was very nice. The staff are really friendly, it is quite small inside so the tables are close and could get quite loud, but was a good atmosphere.

This is a quirky, diner style restaurant, with lovely, friendly and quick service. We had burgers that were yummy and the next day a great Ulster fry. Every inch of the walls are covered with sayings and memorabilia, which makes it an entertaining experience!
