I was genuinely excited about the prospect of visiting your restaurant, captivated by the numerous glowing reviews. However, a recent car accident left me with injuries, making it challenging to venture out for a while. In an effort to brighten my day, I decided to treat myself with a home delivery. With high expectations, I anticipated a delightful experience that would warrant a five-star rating for your establishment, given the raving reviews. Regrettably, upon the arrival of my eagerly awaited meal, the reality fell short of expectations. The pizza, as well as everything else, was not only disappointingly ice-cold but also unappealingly congealed. The lack of proper insulation during delivery rendered the meal virtually inedible, leaving it with a texture and taste that were far from the delectable standard I had envisioned. The driver, having completed another delivery before mine, neglected the use of an insulated bag or box, leaving my items exposed to the elements for an extended period, thus robbing them of the desired warmth that would have truly made the meal exceptional.

I promptly emailed your establishment regarding this unfortunate experience, seeking to provide constructive feedback about the delivery mishap. However, I have not received a response, which is concerning considering the level of service I expected from your reputed restaurant. I believe that addressing customer concerns and complaints is crucial for any business striving to maintain its reputation and customer satisfaction. I kindly request that you prioritize responding to emails, as I value your understanding and resolution regarding this matter. In the absence of a reply, my disappointment has deepened, leading me to question the customer service standards upheld by your establishment. I sincerely hope for a timely response to address the issue and restore my faith in your restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to...

If your near by, deffo get one !

We stayed in birm for a night and spent a couple of days there . Fancies a pizza so googled the best pizza in Birmingham and this place turned up consistently.

Initially we planned to share a pizza but after seeing the pizza be delivered to other tables, we ended up with one each (they looked that good). I have to say, good job we had one each because it’s genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever had and my partner agreed, hers was too.

It was a lovely night , we were worried about sitting near the door with the weather turning grim. The restaurant cleverly blows the kitchen heat and smell around the place using fans, this meant we go to sit looking out the doors in total comfort.

To finish It up we had the tiramisu and the brownie , both on par with the best west we’ve had .

The only disappointment was the larger, a lot of places seem to have taken up freedom larger and it tastes abit naff.

I was abit dubious when the first screen I was met with, when booking, was a threat page suggesting I’ll get a £20 if we don’t turn up. It’s corona season, people can get pinged at a moments notice so it’s...

On what must be my 50th visit, I was sitting in Ottos with my wife enjoying what is most probably (I oscillate between Rudy's and Otto) Brum's best pizza, alongside a truly incredible beetroot salad, and a glass of sangiovese. Anyhow, oblivious to my surroundings, I sat for a good few minutes telling my wife how I wished there was an intimate, independent date-night restaurant within a few minutes walk of the city centre. But wait a minute Andy! Hang on just a second. Stop eating so fast my ginger friend, take a breath and look around you. Yes voice in my head you have never been more right!! If you want great food, from carefully selected suppliers, in a cute, romantic setting then Otto's totally has it. If one of you doesn't want one of their crazy-good pizzas then their seasonal salads are absolutely top game: Think peach, pickled blackberries, fresh sheep's curd cheese with wood-oven truffle flatbreads. Service rocks, music is gentle....god damnit, it's just warm and romantic...

Birmingham Botanical Gardens – Autumn's Golden Magic!!!

A superb independent pizza restaurant located in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter on Caroline Street. They have a standard menu of 8 staple pizzas with both meat and veggie options. I had the n'duja pizza which was absolutely delicious, perfect crust and cooked beautifully. The meat was spicy but not too spicy. We had a bruschetta to start, really tasty and just enough for two to whet the appetite for the main event. They have a range of artisan soft drinks and craft ales - take the advice of Gary who knows his stuff with the beers, and also, please, try the coffeecello, their home made after meal liqueur. Just try it and thank me after, its amazing. It's busy at nights so worth a call to book. Cannot recommend the food high enough and the service is superb. Cash or cards welcome. We'll be back again, hopefully very soon.

We've been here for a quick lunch on Saturday. Great place and great home atmosphere. The sharing board of meat was big enough for three people and was really good. The meat was high quality and something that you don't find easily in shops, suoer tasty. The pizza were all three good, dought was soft and well cooked. Ingredients on all the pizzas were abountant and tasty. The reason for the 4/5 stars on food is due the presence of capers and pecorino romano on the pizza with aubergines. The combination of them made the pizza a bit salty, maybe a grana padano 12-18 months aged instead a pecorino would be better. Service 10/5. Polite, efficient and friendly. Definitely I will be back.
