After exiting from the dog infested 200 Degrees Coffee Shop, I decided to depart from Birmingham. Before I did. I wanted to eat first, than catch a train back for Nuneaton. So luckily I did a quick Google Maps search for any eateries in the Birmingham New Street Station, and found the Thai Express. So I headed there. (I visited this place on the 8th February, 2025) Although the train station was busy with people, luckily Thai Express just opened and it was quiet. So I looked at the menu and decided to order the General Thai mild flavour (Monthly Special) - £10.00 and the Thairacha Bites - £6.75. Before I sat down, the place was clean and tidy. And has plenty of seating. This was my first time trying Thai food and I liked it. It was nice and filling.

My friend and I went in for a quick bit to eat. There was already two customers eating. The two staff got our orders wrong. My order didn't arrive in full. Asked for a refund on the missing items (Sping rolls). I got a full refund but then was charged for the noodles. Refunds take 3working days to clear My friend asked for noodles she was given rice. The extra toppings ie crushed nuts was empty on the station. The staff was just there dossing around. The noodles where Hard and only 4 prawns in the entire dish. (Both orders) id hate to see this restaurant at full capacity. They can't get two orders correct or make all items to arrive at the same time. Waste of money and still waiting for my refund to clear. I would NOT recommend.

I always order one with extra noodle because it's so tasty and the standard portion is not enough for me!! 🥰 The staff on this evening (12th May) was so friendly and very professional. Because I had to continue my journey for another 30 mins at least, I asked whether they can pack the noodle separately. They were closing and mine was the last order. As a formal chef, I'm pretty sure they did not like me to keep adding more requests (sorry 😅) but they were so kind and willing to help me. Five stars for taste of food, but ten for customer service ! Good business. Only place I go regularly for 4 years.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a Thai takeaway experience that left me utterly delighted and craving for more. From the moment I placed my order to the last bite, everything about this Thai takeaway was exceptional.

Authenticity at its Finest: The flavours transported me straight to the heart of Thailand. Each dish boasted a perfect balance of aromatic herbs, spices, and traditional Thai ingredients. It was evident that the chefs took great care in preserving the authentic flavours, making it a genuine culinary journey.

Menu Variety and Creativity: The extensive menu offered an impressive range of Thai delicacies, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. From classic favourites like Pad Thai and Green Curry to lesser-known gems such as Panang Salmon and Som Tum Salad, there was something for everyone. The innovative twist on traditional dishes showcased the chef's creativity and passion for Thai cuisine.

Impeccable Presentation: The attention to detail was evident in the way each dish was presented. From the vibrant colours to the artistic arrangement, it was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The packaging ensured that the food arrived fresh, preserving the flavours and textures.

Timely Delivery and Excellent Service: The Thai takeaway service was prompt and efficient. The food arrived at my doorstep right on time, and the packaging was secure and spill-proof. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially sam, ensuring that my order was accurate and complete.

Generous Portion Sizes: The portion sizes were more than generous, offering great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food provided, allowing me to savour each dish and even have leftovers for the next day.

Dietary Accommodations: As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated the options available for different dietary preferences. The menu clearly indicated vegetarian and vegan dishes, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the fantastic flavours of Thai cuisine.

Unforgettable Taste Sensations: Every bite was a burst of harmonious flavours, from the tanginess of lime to the creaminess of coconut milk, from the heat of chili to the fragrant spices. The authenticity and quality of the ingredients used elevated the taste to new heights, leaving me craving more with every mouthful.

In conclusion, this Thai takeaway experience exceeded all my expectations. It offered a delightful blend of authentic flavours, excellent service, and a diverse menu that catered...

I can't comment on the food today because after the appalling service I did not wish to continue my order. Me and my husband have visited this establishment on many occasions and have enjoyed the food but today when ordering with a polite member of staff I asked for my normal order of two pad Thai disges with a pot of red Thai curry sauce, this is something we have always ordered in the past. To my shocking disbelief a rude female member of staff jumped in sucking her teeth saying that they don't do curry sauce and I would have to order the whole curry with rice, I again explained my normal order and she rudely said they would never serve that and it wasn't something they did there and I must have gone somewhere else with a defensive attitude. I again explained it was our normal order at their establishment but it was okay if they don't do this sauce anymore, again she said it wasn't something they would ever do. To call a customer a liar is extremely unprofessional and her attitude along with it was disgusting. Total let down to the company. Working...

Absolutely disgusting customer service from a horrible male staff member. Ordered a stir fry with a coke. Charged me for prawn crackers even though I didn’t order it. Refused a refund initially but then gave me one. Made me feel as though it was my fault. When I sat down to eat, he came over to ask where I had got the drink from (should have known I ordered it). Turns out he had misheard me saying Coke instead of prawn crackers, and thought I had taken it without paying. This is just more evidence that he needs to work on his active listening skills. Demanded the refund back whilst I was eating, shoving the card reader in my face. Became rude with me and made me feel like I had inconvenienced him when it was all his mistake to begin with!! I go regularly however will probably not be returning after the way I was...
