Went to the Alum Rock branch months ago and loved the burger there. I went to try the one in Bullring with ma family yesterday and honestly the Bullring branch is absolutely awful, terrible, never again. Tables do not get wiped down, you'd think they would as the staff collect the trays left by the customers, so I had to do it myself as there was water or some sort of spillage on the table, ew. Animal fries was amazing, the beef burger tasted good too, BUT I was only served half a beef pattie and I paid full price? Couldn't even talk to a staff member because it was so packed. You'd think the manager would've had some sort of distancing in place because it can get so packed especially during peak times but na.. The place is also pretty small so try avoid peak times if you don't wanna squeeze past people or struggle to find seating.. Ohhh and the staff spilled coke onto my burger because they tried to put a paper straw into my glass coke bottle, so my burger was kinda soggy, no apologies given to ma brother when he went to collect the food. Need to work on customer service skill when work gets busier otherwise I can see this branch go down if other customers have similar...

Was excited to check Burger & Sauce out as it was hyped on social media and in general. I went at a time that wasn’t too busy so we could sit inside as the inside is rather small. Customer service was okay. I ordered my food and they had forgotten the fries so I mentioned that and it was added. However, as soon as I took my first bite of the fries it was stone cold and I’m not sure what chips they use but it didn’t taste good (also the portion of fries seems like extra small rather then regular). The so called ‘spicy sauce’ wasn’t even spicy? Tasted of nothing. So then I tasted the classic chicken burger and even that was stone cold!! The chicken was dry, soggy and was not it. Instantly felt sick had to go for a coffee after as I felt like I was going vomit. So they claim of it being ‘fresh’ is not true, god knows how long they let the burger and fries sit there for. I wouldn’t recommended anyone going to the grand central branch. Save yourself the money and go to...

Worst experience EVER. Right off the bat when I walked into the shop with my friends, there was barely any options for places to sit in- we had to practically bargain for a space. Not even that, but the tables were full of crumbs of food from the past people who had eaten and smears of sauce were found in the seats. It was disgusting. I thought maybe perhaps the food here could compensate for the horrific conditions of the shop. The food was pricy, paying for 12 pounds for a burger meal which was small enough to feed a mouse not a human. The food was HORRENDOUS. I felt like a degenerate biting into the burger. I’m writing this review TWO WHOLE DAYS LATER after experiencing stomach pains. The food was clearly prepared in poor conditions and this lack of hygiene should be addressed immediately. Would not recommend to...

I've had three burger and sauce meals in the last month and only one was acceptable and that was at Coventry's latest branch where it was just a fantastic meal. Since then I've been to Shirley and here in the Link Street branch. I ordered a burger meal and a portion of chicken bites as ai was on a journey out to work in Essex and wouldnt eat again till the next morning. Once again the burger was overcooked, dry and the bun had been either microwaved or left on the hot plate way too long as it was inedible. The burger itself was tougher than it should be and chewy by the end. Luckily the chicken was fine and I scoffed them down but two poor meals in a row from different branches means B&S need to up their game if they want me to continue being a customer.

Kids and the wife hated their burger and fries because the bun and fries were hard and the burger is miniscule. I had the chicken and cheese fries. The fries were hard, the cheep kind. They say "you can't get fries wrong", but these guys take the crown 👑. You call your restaurant "burger & sauce, but where is the sauce in chicken and cheese fries? There were hardly any sauce in it. Literally around 90% of my chicken and cheese fries was BONE DRY. I am baffled, how is this company able to franchise its brand? How? PLEASE CHANGE THE SHOP NAME TO; BURGER & NO SAUCE. Its a very accurate description of what you serve. your strips were good but that's about it.
