Visited this bar at New Street station this afternoon. It is well located for a drink and bite to eat while waiting for a train, or just in the central area. This is at a train station - so although very nice, it's not quite like other bars due its size and so many people flying through. This isn't a bad thing, but worth mentioning as is not comparable in every way with those away from the station. Staff - At the bar were friendly, polite and didn't have to wait at all for service. Those not serving were quick to clear away tables and keep the place running smoothly. Atmosphere - Fast paced environment comes to mind. Very busy at times, with a lot of people coming and going. It's not for everyone, probably not perfect for someone after a quiet time on a Saturday afternoon. Kept at a good temperature and background music is fine. Charging sockets at some places dotted around to use. A little hidden but are about. Unisex toilet was fresh, clean, has soap, hand dryer and a sink in. Did wonder why the tap is coloured with a blue top though when is hot water - would have expected it to be red for hot. WiFi connected but slow to load sometimes. Speed was 6.75Mbps download and 0.39Mbps upload. Some of the furniture is a little 'tired' and patched up, it could be worth replacing or giving a proper repair. The chair was using is in need of some attention. Plenty of outside seating available here.

Came to try the 2 for £15 brunch deal. Some really nice options but we both went for English breakfasts - one classic and the other vegan. We both requested no tomato or mushrooms but as you can see, they forget or didn’t pay attention. Food was a 3.5 out of 5 but due to the deal I’d bump it up to a 4.5 especially with for the vegan fritter thing which was delicious! A whole plate of those would be perfect! Coffee came with a shot of smarties which was random and we had to google it as typically coffee comes with a biscuit as not many people want sugar coated chocolate in the morning. There’s also a petition online asking All Bar One to have real smarties instead of off brand. Random. Although service was friendly, there was clearly only one person working on the floor doing everything and she did her best with what she had Overall I’d go for the brunch deal again as the experience was a solid 3.5/5 and worth the money. Sitting outside can very noisy though due to the trains

I went last night for a staff party and even though it was fairly last minute (well a couple weeks but for a big party.) we were well accommodated, and the staff were amazing! Michael and Tom are the only names I got but the rest were all amazing. Attentive to detail, taking that small extra mile! Taking the time to come to us to see if we needed more drinks etc. We enjoyed it so much, after the activity for our party, we actually returned to have more drinks and was highly recognised and remembered our orders even though it was busy. First time I'd ever been to an All-Bar-One and it did not dissapoint, defo go back. Thank you all for making the party amazing and will see you guys again! Also we all loved the DragonFruit Cocktails, if anyone on google is unsure. Its so sweet and goes down a treat.

I recently visited All Bar One New Street in Birmingham, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and trendy decor caught my attention. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

The bar offers an extensive selection of drinks, ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers. I tried their signature cocktail, and it was expertly crafted, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether you're a wine aficionado or a lover of spirits, All Bar One New Street has something to suit every taste.

The food menu at All Bar One New Street is equally impressive. They offer a variety of dishes, from small plates perfect for sharing to hearty mains. I opted for their sharing platter, which included a selection of delicious bites. Each item was well-prepared, bursting with flavors, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident.

The ambiance of the bar is fantastic, with stylish lighting and comfortable seating arrangements. The layout allows for both intimate conversations and larger gatherings. The music playing in the background added to the overall experience without being overpowering, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The service at All Bar One New Street was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to fulfill any requests. They were also helpful in providing recommendations from the menu, ensuring that my dining experience was personalized and memorable.

One thing worth mentioning is that the bar can get quite busy, especially during peak hours. However, the efficient staff managed to handle the crowd well, and I never felt neglected or rushed.

Overall, All Bar One New Street is a fantastic spot in Birmingham for drinks, food, and a great time. It offers a superb selection of beverages, a delicious menu, and a captivating atmosphere. Whether you're meeting friends for a casual drink or enjoying a meal with loved ones, All Bar One New Street is definitely...

So I was visiting the UK from the US and my friend and I had already spent two nights at your bar, spending money on drinks for him. The third night was my turn to drink and I'm very disappointed with your staff. I went up to the bar to order a sandwich and shots and the employee who had been helping at our end of the bar stopped serving us and went down to the other end with his co-workers and started serving people down there. Other people were getting annoyed, they were there before I was, and so I finally said something to one of the other employees...In the end, the manager started serving people and he jumped over me to someone else who arrived after I did so I asked him to service me next since I had been there waiting. I told him about the employee and he said he'd talk to him and I put in my order and went about my evening. After a few shots, I bought a few more and went back to my table (which was next to the bar) and I tripped over my jacket that was on the floor and one of my shots fell over. My friend took the glass back up to the bar and when he asked for another, he was told he wasn't getting it for free and my friend wasn't asking for a free shot, he wanted to pay for another one to replace the one that fell. Anyhow, we were minding our own business, drinking and talking, staying quiet and one of your security guards came up to us and asked us to leave. When my friend asked why, he refused to answer as to why we were being kicked out at about 10 pm. We spent a good amount of money the first two nights in your bar and being kicked out for no reason is very disappointing. We ended up going to Bacchus Bar and received excellent service and spent the rest of our money there. I hope that other guests aren't being treated like this and I just thought you should know. We even wanted to buy one of your glasses that night so I could bring it home as a souvenir. The two previous nights, we had a wonderful female server and she was very friendly and we stayed til close both nights. We will...
