Ordered on the app as we always do , a person came asked if we was table 40 and slammed the drinks down on our table to our surprise and walked away. He had to come back to bring a bar snack which we ordered and again just threw them on the table and went to get glasses from another table while I said to my partner how rude he was which he totally agreed. He heard me say it and asked angrily what was the problem I said you are very rude he said he was very short staffed and busy. I said I understand that but no need to be aggressive towards us he said he doesn’t come work to be abused in my response was what abuse we gave you it was you that was slamming our drinks down he was patronising me saying look darling just leave I’m the manager … he took away our full drinks as we didn’t have chance to even drink from them and told us to leave I said no problem refund my drinks and we will go even though we didn’t do anything wrong he told me he’s not refunding me And walked away telling us to leave …. Then security came and we explained what happened he said he should have gave us the chance to have our paid drinks because they don’t refund but he said I will have to ask you to leave … but told us to make the complaint … on walking out the so called manger was laughing so I said you had to call back up for two people who did nothing wrong his reply was I don’t need back up for you sweetheart I can sort you myself … totally disgusting attitude from what was called a manger … we only called for a quiet drink before going to the Xmas market and left very shocked and upset … we will never return back to this pub as we have been so many times before … disgusting attitude and aggression from a so called manager and yes I have emailed head office and waiting there response . We paid for drinks which we didn’t get which again wasn’t our fault

Staff were so rude and ignorant wasn't busy. It was quite first our order was droped at wrong table then we order j20 orange passionfruit we were just asking for garnish we got before and manager and staff start to argue that my colleague were rude. When we call waiter on table we have been ignored and if anyone being genuine look at all these staff having negetive attitude and arrogant. I used to be fan of weatherspoon I will never go to any spoon again. Look at this quite they are not even trying to give the service they meant to give😡. A guy called his name is donte was saying what's your problem bro when my colleague were genuinely asking for garnish on the drink. Is that the way anyone as a staff suppose to talk to any customers and we were not even drunk. We came for his birthday and spoon you need to look at the staff at this store.

Saturday night out: This pub located on Broad Street is a great choice I must recognize for weekend gathering. There's security at the entrance so make sure you have your ID on you!! It made me feel really safe when joining the superb and incredible atmosphere full of joy and great music. The barman even though the place was packed was really friendly and attentive, I must also recognise the price of the drinks shock me for its affordability. I rarely drink alcohol but this time was really lovely. Massive space with a dance floor and DJ on point. !! Something they have to pay more attention is the timing to clean up tables as we found some glasses on ours. My friend also loved it we will definitely come back sometime soon. This was a great way of welcoming summer.

Brilliant first time going there for food, had the breakfast and it was excellent could have been a little bit warmer but still enjoyed it the prices are very good much better than some places, the coffee is very tasty the staff are friendly and welcoming will definitely be going back again excellent service. Been here a good few times went in today only one coffee machine working the coffee coming out luke warm the other machine has been broken for weeks now I paid for a hot drink not luke warm, then we ordered food scampi and chips which were nice and warm then come the peas which were stone cold do these people not check the food before they send it down, mentioned it to a member of staff all got was I'll let them know shame because always had lovely food and drinks it seems to have gone downhill in the last few weeks. Just adding to this post went in there today ordered the all day brunch when it came the bacon looked like it had been there a week then tiniest amount of beans for a adult meal it was more like a child's meal the only good part was the sausages my friends had the curry and there meal was adult size there's a Chinese guy that works there his manners are none existent the girls that work there are brilliant always friendly he needs retraining such a shame does nobody give good...

This was my first time back here after a good few years (9 I think). As a venue this is quite a good place as it's easy to get to and is quite large in size. There is a good selection of drinks to choose from here. Bar staff were good and the service was professional.

My only criticism of my time here is the Toilet attendant. I'm not to sure if that's the guys job title? It's a chap who has Deodorant, Hair product and aftershave on offer for a price, hanging around the sinks. The reason for my criticism is that he was pretty much begging for anyone using the Gentleman's restroom for money. Coming out with classics such as "If it tastes like Chicken, keep on licking" and "Wash your fingers for the mingers" says alot more about him than it does people using the restroom. It made me feel uncomfortable and was quite annoying to be fair. I didn't appreciate the attitude of him sucking his teeth at me when I politely refused whatever service he was offering. I don't think this should be allowed as it's pretty much begging.

It didn't come across as professional and it let...
