Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Bolton

All time favourite cafe like starbucks . There service is nice and the tuna panini i ordered was really great then the starbuck's one as it has green and red peppers in it as well with sizzling cheese oozing after i had it toasted !! I loved the ambiance and the food . There coffee cake is just wow . So addictive that i could not stop eating everytime i go there . I always go there specially for the cake . There carrort cake is also yummyyyy. I order medium chai latte with the cake . They have banana bread as well but it depends sometimes they have different stuff on display to order . ❤🙂 I ordered a desert as well . It was yummy . Been visiting going Nero for years and always enjoyed my coffee and staff always polite. For the last few years Bolton has been the regular one I've attended and been served my a lovely team of workers. The last few times I've been there has been a new colleague who spoke to me in a very rude manor, there was also a lady in front of me who she served and spoke to her in a very rude tone. There was no need for this. Went to caff'e Nero today as I have many times when I visit bolton, but to my horror they have decided to make all the outside area none smoking!!! I think this is very unfair to the smoking loyal customer card holders who like everyone else just wants to sit outside and have a coffee and a smoke, I feel very disappointed with caff'e Nero as I was forced to go elsewhere and the loyalty card is now useless as I will not be returning to a place that as no thought for it's loyal customers, it just seems so contradictory that you can stand outside with a cigarette but you can't sit at the table with a coffee and...
