I would just like to send a huge Thank You to the Greenlaghs team.

I wanted to send my Dad a bit of a treat for Fathers Day & was lucky enough to find this local bakery. ( he's in Wigan, lm down South)

I originally spoke to a lovely lady from the Market Street shop, who redirected me to the Head Office branch. Another lovely friendly lady there gave me all of the answers to my questions, and today my Dad was over the moon to recieve a box of hand chosen sweet & savoury treats to cheer him up.

He was very impressed with the incredible packaging ( his words) & very much looking forward to having his chocolate donut with a cuppa & lm just impressed with everything.

I will definitely order from here again. Amazing quality, amazing prices, amazing customer service and delivered anywhere you like. How do you get better than that ?

Really poor customer service.

This company are happy for you to pay for something (it was only £11 !!!!) that you haven’t actually had 🤷‍♂️

Dpd left the parcel outside my locked front door (I was out) and apparently that’s good enough 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This company really don’t know the meaning to what customer service is and how to retain and excel in this area. I have given them the opportunity both on the phone and email to put this right, but they have seriously left themselves down.

Another year, another birthday cake…got to be Greenhalghs jam and buttercream, nothing else even comes close and it always delivers. Speaking of delivery, had this home delivered on a Saturday and the driver could not have been nicer.
