WINGSTOP IS BRILLIANT!!! The food was amazing, I had a delicious 10 piece chicken wings with original and Korean bbq. I also had some buffalo ranch fries to go along with my wings, and I can't describe how good they were. And to finish it off, we had 12 churros (2 of the 6 pieces) with half oreo and half biscoff. The oreo churros were the worst of the 2, but they were still amazing. They had plenty of oreo crumb on top with warm milk drizzled all over. The biscoff churros were amazing they had biscoff crumb all over with cinnamon and caramel drizzled all over. There is plenty of crumb from the biscuits and made the churros incredible. All the food was served in little cardboard boxes with a sheet of paper on top. They gave us napkins (only 2, which wasn't the best, so we had to get some more, but we were right next to them, so it wasn't much of a hassle) and they gave us our table number, they gave give us our food and took the table number away. Wingstop has taken more of a 5 guys approach with their drinks where you serve them, you're selves, and there are free refills, too. There were lots of different options like Coke and Sprite and many more. There were also extra straws and napkins next to them too. On a little side note, when you're ordering, you can get bottles of drinks if you dont want to have a re fillable drink. The atmosphere was amazing with lots of different facts about wingstop and many phrases on the walls, too. The service was great, but there was an issue there was along wait time. I can understand this, though, as the place was completely full, and by the time we were leaving, the line was out the door. There is a major issue here, the price. The price isn't necessarily bad compared to bella itallia next to it, but 12 churros was nearly £12 and the main bill (as we had ordered the churros separately) consisted of 10 wings, 10 boneless, 1 burger, 1 loaded fries, regular fries, 5 chicken tenders, 3 free style drinks (the refillable drinks) and 1 bottle of diet coke (All sauces that are included are apart of the wings and boneless) this came to just under £60 (without churros). This fed 4 people, which is fine as the total was around £70. Compared to bella Italia, which fed 4 of us for £110 with discounts, not including tips, which you feel pressured to do. In wingstop, you aren't pressured to tip as I don't think you can. All the staff are friendly from my experience. The seating situation is there are a few booths with plenty tables and a few long tables with stools, we had a bit of a struggle finding seats, but it wasn't that hard. As soon as you walk through the door, you walk straight to the counter to order, and you then find a place to sit or take away if you wish to do so. (As a bit of a side note, if you dont want any spices on your wings, boneless bites, tenders, or fries, you can ask accordingly when ordering, I would only get plain if you have children who can't handle spice or you have a very low spice tolerance yourself as non of the sauces I have tried were particularly spicy and I went for medium to mild because I can't handle that much spice in my food but they were great. This is a great addition to middle brook, and I'm glad this took yo sushi's place as that wasn't very good and gave me food poisoning on several occasions. I'm glad we came as I will be coming back in the near future. (Wingstop is like a mix between nandos and five guys, and this is a welcome change to middle brook, as it gives it something new, both of these are at middle brook aswell) I cannot sing wingstop...

We normally travel well over an hour just to eat at this Wingstop branch because we’ve always loved it, but this visit was honestly a huge disappointment. We waited well over an hour for our food to arrive. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we asked the staff how much longer it would be. We were told 5–10 minutes. Nothing came. We asked again and were told “maybe 15 minutes”. Another 15 minutes passed with no sign of our food. When we asked again, the staff just shrugged their shoulders. No explanation, no apology, nothing.

When our food finally did arrive, it was cold.

The refill drinks were also a mess. Half of the options were unavailable, and the ones that were available were completely flat. We asked three separate times for someone to sort it, and nothing was ever done.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was just as bad. The floor was so dirty and sticky that my shoes literally got stuck to it as I walked. The toilets were unhygienic, with mess all over the floor and no toilet roll. I asked for a replenishment and nobody ever did it.

The place was extremely busy, but despite that, the staff continued taking new orders even though there were well over 30 people already standing around waiting for their food. At no point did anyone apologise or acknowledge how long the delays were.

This experience ruined our night. We had cinema tickets booked and ended up missing some of the show because we had no idea when, or if, our food would ever come out. We will never return to this location again, which is honestly a shame because it has always been our favorite place for a treat. This visit completely ruined...
