Iv had the absolute worst experience in my life with the Hills Road Braunch it made me laugh!
The company made me out to be doing something fishy due to there own incompetents. When I said I will be leaving a review they was advising me to like it's there dad's bussiness
I ordered couple of weeks ago an it didn't not get delivered so I went to the store an got a refund I can understand something's theses things happen
Then day before yesterday I ordered again on the 11th August 2018 well the 12th of August as I ordered my food at 2:00am
I was Informed by shaheen the night manager due to high amount of orders it will take over an hour I agreeed
At 3:05am I called and asked bout the food shaheed picked up an said just waiting for the driver to come take pick the food up another 20 mins or so
Then I called again at 4:40 twice and no body picked up once again a NO SHOW however I had already paid so when I woke up I called dominos they realised it happen to me before recently instead of apologising for the incompetents of delivering a pizza they said you do this often something fishy is going on hahaha
I asked Nicki day manager will I be getting a refund or not he then said I cannot tell you due to GDPR hahahahhahahshahhahshahahhshshs
I was in stitches not only did they make me out to be doing something fishy but they cannot tell me if they can refund me because he was alfraid ofData protection
On top of that I was informed the area manager said I cannot be served any more because they think I'm up to something honestly I love dominos pizza I just can't get them to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGoogle asked what i liked about it. Absolutely nothing. I rang tonight to place an order, the first time someone answered and proceeded to push several keys on their keepad before terminating the call. I rang them back instantaneously and eventually someone answered in a simpery dazed voice with simply "hello?". This made me panic and think google had me scaring old ladies after dark. I asked her if it was dominoes and she managed to grunt "well, yeah". By this point i'm dubious. I am not local and my usual dominoes lady (shoutout at to Harriet at Carteton, but you have made many evenings very straightforward by being the complete opposite of whoever is, at this point on the other end of the phone) is very polite, efficient and manages to say dominoes after hello.
I arrived five minutes after the quoted time to be told it wasn't quite ready and had to wait a couple of minutes. This is good because a couple of minutes is literally how long it took for the cashier to pull my reciept off of the card machine feed. The pizza itself tasted burnt and just a little bit sweaty if i'm honest. Was buy one get one free though - hence the second star after the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreordered a pizza and took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to the driver to get in touch with me because he couldnt find my house even though i specified on the message for delivery ' my house is on a14'. (they said they even used a sat nav to find me). the foreign driver couldnt understand a word of what i was saying ( i dont have any peculiar accent) so the 'duty manager' Lukas got in touch with me acting as some sort of translator between me and the driver, he said the driver couldnt reach the a14 as theres ' a gate' so i asked what the sign on the gate said , as there must be one, so that i could figure out another route for him. No one understood what i was talking about and started to play games with me sayin ' oh i cant hear you, theres a bad line etc..' then Lukas ended up saying ' oh i havent got time for it'. i asked to talk to someone who could speak proper english as the conversation was going nowhere but Lukas refused twice. All this happened before because dominos drivers couldnt speak a word of english, so even if they get in touch with the customer you cant actually help...
