Kaspa's Cheltenham — Restaurant in Cheltenham

Came to Kaspa's for lunch today with my little sister, her friend and another one of our friends. We ordered two chai lattes, when they arrived they served us 2 vanilla lattes. When we took them back to the counter to explain they said they would bring over two actual chai lattes. We came to sit back down and one of the waitresses came over and asked us to pay extra because they had undercharged us for the wrong drinks to start with but the waitress was pointing at the wrong drinks on the menu when asking for more money. My friend eventually said don't worry we just won't have the lattes and we were told that wasn't possible because her manager had apparently already made them and we owed them money despite this being their mistake to begin with, we weren't even allowed to say no and get a refund. We also ordered Apple crumble which they served to us stone cold, we weren't given an option ether to have it hot or cold, but seeing as this desert is usually served hot thats what we were expecting. When I asked for it hot the waitress said just take it to the counter and someone will heat it up. I had to ask a different waitress who actually bothered to take the plate away herself. Really appalling service here, they seriously need to teach how to provide decent customer service. Will never come back here I'm so put off from this all round rude experience. 0...

I was here with my girlfriend today at about 16:00. We ordered waffles which was full of green mould. After I saw it I called one of the member from the staff who was a young girl. I told to her what I see and she said it is not possible, it should be the sauce. Mould was on the top and on the bottom as well. On the bottom should not be any souces because they put it on the top. This lady was very unhelpful and she started asking crazy questions instead of making a new one or something else. As I saw she became agressive as well what I think is not normal. I went there to enjoy the tastes and relax but it did not happen....I will never go there again.

Now i got an answer that i ordered this waffles with m&ms base...unfortunately it is not true. I ordered waffles with white chocolate sauce and with strawberry slices on it. But anyway nice try!!!! It is funny that you try to lie to other people about it...i will send you my receipt which will show you i did not order m&ms. So thank you very much for the bad service and now after i complained you try to lie for me and for other people us...

Shockingly poor service. Firstly, the women's toilet was absolutely filthy (the toilet was blocked and the floor was wet). Secondly, the waffles were slightly undercooked. The biggest disappointment, however, was the attitudes of the staff. My friend began to feel very ill and unfortunately was a little sick. I went to tell the staff so that they were aware but all I received was a blank stare. I then repeated myself and told her which table we were sat at and again got nothing but blank stares. I then told them that my friend had been sick again on her way to the toilets and got a dirty look. We repeatedly apologised because we can understand how much of an inconvenience this was for the staff but they then proceeded to be quite horrible to us, giving us dirty looks as if my friend had done it on purpose. As we left my friend apologised again to which she was ignored. After she repeated herself she was met with another dirty look and a roll of the eyes. Can safely say neither of us will go back or recommend...
