To address your establishment's response to the prior negative review:

Not only is this response deeply unprofessional it also contains numerous blatant untruths. To begin, your first point, i.e. your claim that the man in question understands English better than me, remains unsubstantiated and even more so once we consider the structure/grammar in your response. Additionally, a phrase like 'he could barely hear your voice' is not only unprofessional but very personal suggesting that the man in question is in fact the author of this response.

I am also confused as to why you have said I was speaking to my self whispering. This phrase is directly contradicted by the fact that everything I said was heard (otherwise you would not be writing this response) so evidently volume was a non issue. Additionally, implying a negative review makes me an 'indecent customer' is ad hominem and immature. As I stated, I used to frequent this establishment and enjoyed its products and in fact this is the very first negative experience I have had here.

To address your point about the drink being 95% finished, again this is simply untrue. The reason as to why I did not immediately inform the retailer was because I purchased the drink during my lunch break and did not taste it until I returned to work. In fact, I was actually not going to complain until I discovered that the last third of the drink was completely in-consumable. To blatantly lie and state that 'I stayed in the cafe enjoying it' is quite frankly shocking and I cannot believe that an establishment would stoop this low to smear a former customer.

In sum, I am not a random person 'looking for freebies'. I am a former regular at your establishment who, previously, had nothing but positive things to say about both the quality of your products and your service. It is sad when an establishment has to fabricate a narrative - with unprofessional, incoherent delivery- because they simply refuse to accept that...

What a lovely place with delicious teas Staff was great and the bubble tea is excellent It also has such a nice decoration so much better than other bubble tea places and the bubble is so soft i try others but definitely not good as here I definitely recommend the cold classic milk tea as i head that and my wife passion fruit tea with strawberry bubble tea specifically the staff very nice :-) welcoming in fact i love this place i have enjoy here while have tea nice music not so loud not low perfect thank you so much we will back definitely next time whenever i visit...

One of the best bubble tea in cov (tried happy lemon, royal cha, T4 and Jidong), IMO tied first with Jidong. A wide range of choices and all the drinks be it milky, fruity or the slushies were made correctly and taste was spot on. My go-to for bubble tea in the city centre.

Update: just tried their matcha tiramisu, highly recommend! So happy to actually have found some matcha tiramisu in cov that I can taste matcha in. Because I'm a matchaholic I still added extra but it's visibiliy green and it's...
