Date 2/1/23 time - 11pm roughly. I would give it less if I could. On the drive through i asked the lady for well done fries. She repeated what size and I said medium fries well done. She told me to drive to the next window. Before I paid I checked and asked are the fries well done and the women said “yes I will also let them know”. I drive to collect my fries and I checked with the third lady and asked if the fries are well done and she said yes. I paused and said are you sure. Then she paused and asked what is it I want. I explained that I should have well done fries then I’m told they don’t do that. The manager came spoke to me saying it’s not possible. Then the First Lady I spoke to came to me and said I tried to tell you we don’t do it. I told her she is lying. It’s clear she just didn’t want to get in trouble. I then asked for a refund which she refused. Then she said she has dealt with a lot of rude customers. I said Im not being rude when she explains I am….. I told her the staff have lied and I have been miss sold. I gave her back the food and didn’t get a refund. This is the worst service Iv ever had.
Not only where the staff untruthful and rude they are unable to manage their emotions and the manager unable differentiate and take ownership of their staff’s lack of training and knowledge. STAY AWAY!
Whoever oversees quality assurance please look into this as is not fair. I don’t wish to be tarred with the same brush as being rude. I work hard and only wished to have something cooked longer as sometimes the fries look old and battered. I only asked to get what was agreed and a refund as the agreement was broken.

Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at this McDonald's restaurant and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location. I visited here with my family and ordered food from menu. I found hair in the wrap and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food which had not been prepared in a hygienic manner.
I brought this to the attention of the staff and I asked for a full refund as all the items ordered were intact and were barely consumed. Lady staff on the counter denied my request and only offered a partial refund. She goes, hair is only in one wrap and she will only refund for that wrap.
Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, refusing to refund my money and not showing any remorse for the situation, rather added only insult. Very unwillingly, the manager eventually refunded the money. We left the store feeling disrespected and incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
It is unacceptable for a McDonalds restaurant to have such poor hygiene and for staff to behave in such an unprofessional manner. I was appalled by the lack of empathy and concern for customers' well-being, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Read moreStayed at a nearby hotel, within walking distance. Couldn’t sleep after a long day of travelling so at around 2:30am, I got up and decided to get something to eat and drink.
I checked the app AND the website, to which they both said OPEN 24 HOURS, so I got there and the doors were closed. Rubbish and trays were all over the place inside, like it had just been abandoned. Dirty.
I noticed staff members in the kitchen (which I could see from outside), so I tried calling the store but they ignored the call. It was 2:30am, surely you’d answer a call that early in the morning since you’re not doing anything else??
I discovered a delivery driver entrance, and entered. I was immediately yelled at by the shift manager and told ‘WE’RE CLOSED’ and when I challenged this and explained that there were signs saying 24 hours, she shrugged me off.
The staff had no one in the drive thru, no orders from delivery apps, yet they seemed to be packing orders that clearly didn’t exist. Weird.
So despite being hungry, and no where except a 24 HOUR MCDONALDS, I was denied service.
Avoid. It’s not 24 hours. Don’t waste your time or money.
