Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Dudley

I ordered our drink and a snack for 3, £18. I was served by a young lady, I felt like she just didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered. Went to end to wait for our drinks, the 2 young lads was having a chat between there self's. He asked if I wanted cream on my coffee I said yes, he then passed me a hot coffee when I ordered a cold one. So that was first mistake, then the cookie and cream drink had cream on and ordered it without. He then apologises saying it was the young girl's mistake, until I pointed out the label that says NO Cream. Perhaps if he wasn't chatting so much he wouldn't make mistakes. Then while we was seated drinking and eating, another man was cleaning tables, using the same cloth to wipe the chairs that people have had there bottoms on, as well as the table tops not rinsing the cloth. Very poor, walked in and ordered coffee an Americano for me and Hazelnut Latte for my wife the lady, the lady said room for milk? with the Americano I said I only put a teaspoon in, she said "THATS ROOM FOR MILK THEN", when the coffee came I went to add milk in mine from the stand but milk containers were empty I mentioned this and the lady took them away to fill while I waited but this took a while and the coffee's were going cold, after finally sorting the out I took a seat and tried my coffee which tasted very strange I then realised they had put Hazelnut in my americano and hadn't put any in my wife's Hazelnut latte. My wife took them back and they gave us large replacements, not that we wanted to...

Went in store today 25th July and was served by a polite young man who took my order. Equally nice and polite was the young lady that took payment, she evan asked if I would like some help taking my food and drinks over to the table, how nice they both were, didn't get their names but will definitely use you again as tbh I usually go to Costa BUT the other day their staff made no conversation and when I asked if there was any white sugager a young guy simply said no we ain't got any, bit miserable so from now on I'll be using you thanks to your lovely...
