Buddies Family Showbar & Grill House — Restaurant in East Lindsey

We used this club as it was a family bar and right on our doorstep to the promenade holiday park in which we were staying. We quite liked it until it kicked off one night! Glasses were thrown and landed, smashing right on our table, just skimmed my 13 year old daughters face and cut her hand. Staff were useless. Never knew how to handle the first aid situation, I was handed the first aid box and left to my own devices. Not once did any of the bar staff come to check if she was OK! Security guard was OK, asked after her and spoke us through the steps of what will happen. Don't expect fully grown adults to be throwing glasses around in a family bar which was full of children! Shame, but other than that it was alright. Cheap drinks, live entertainment and mini arcade...

Think this restaurant and bar should be absolutely ashamed of all that was on shift today. I told the staff that my chips were cold on my meals, for the man at the hot counter to argue with me and tell me that they shouldn’t be cold rubbing his hands all over the chips on the hot counter. To then be waiting another 30 minutes just for some chips when others with us had already finished their meals. Then as we are walking out all staff were saw pointing, laughing and saying things about us as although we had left the restaurant some of my family were still inside and came out to tell us. I think the staff need to be spoken to about their conduct, I would also like a phone call or something of an apology as I genuinely think this was absolutely...

Came here for a family meal while dropping some family members off. We decided to go for food and noticed they stopped serving at 8 so wasn’t really expecting anything special or for them to have everything on the menu, especially with us being a party of 7 - but they had everything which really shocked us, and the food came out looking lovely and was amazing. Only thing that let it down was the fact the chicken breast on my hunters chicken had been deep fried so was dry and chewy but apart from that was really lovely and came out really quickly also.
