Delicious food but very bad customer service.

The person who served me asked if I wanted donuts* and sugar which I confirmed.

He ended up putting chocolate on which I didn't ask. He got agitated when I asked no chocolate I asked if chips were ready he said yes and then he starts to fry and so I cancelled got angry again.

Very rude irate I stayed professional and calm and ask him his name to which he refused to give and tried to fob me of saying go away good bye I out of respect for business took the chocolate donuts* and made a note of him.

Never again I don't think ill go unless someone else is there

THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! We bought a few bags of doughnuts which were undercooked. We Went back and asked for a refund for one bag or for them to be re cooked. The owner was extremely rude, and didn't want to accept fault, the other man who was very helpful started to re cook them but unfortunately the owner's arrogance got the best of him and he became rude and aggressive. If you can't get simple doughnuts right and have such poor attitude to recify your mistakes then I have little faith that anything else will be right. Avoid 🤮 I don’t usually leave bad comments even if I don’t like something but this is horrendous, let’s start of the fact that they don’t wear gloves on while preparing food , I doubt they even wash hands there absolutely disgusting, the food is as bad as the hygiene in that place , beef smelled off like really off , everything was really greasy and I got a tub of garlic mayo that smelled and tasted like mould , got two mouldy burgers for £22 definitely not worth getting food poisoning over that is for sure !
