Bees Knees — Restaurant in England

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. It takes a lot for me to complain about something like this but a member of staff at this bar was disgusting to me. He is around 5’11, brown hair, shaved at the sides, maybe 30?

He interrupted mine and my friends conversation, telling me to smile. Later on, did this again in a ruder manner. We decided to leave and we were stood in the sheltered area whilst waiting for our taxi because it was cold and windy. The same man looked at us through the window, telling us to smile again. We gave him an odd look and he didn’t like that. He gave us the middle finger multiple times, we gave it back. He then opened the door and told us we can’t stand here and we have to wait outside in the cold. The way he did this was so extremely rude and unprofessional. When we got in the taxi he smiled and waved smugly and sarcastically at us through the window.

I’m appalled with this service. It ruined our night. I hope action is taken to sort this man out because it’s unbelievable that he thinks he can get away with acting like this...

Myself and my wife have visited this venue a few times now and found it to be a lovely place for a drink and fun with friends so when my brother Stephen and my sister Lisa came to visit Wednesday 17th we brought them to bees knees for the karaoke and was made to feel very welcome by the manager Craig and the DJ jack Which resulted in us having a absolute great night singing and dancing and enjoying a great banter with both manager Craig and DJ jack thanks for the great memories guys and we'll be back for more fun and singing in the...

Lovely staff really pleasant and friendly. Very helpful in helping to choose from the cocktails menu with information on allergies. Beautifully decorated and great atmosphere.
