Honestly, not too happy with the way me and my boyfriend were treated here. We bought a pitcher to share. Bar staff were mostly lovely and the DJ was great. Around closing time, we were finishing up our pitcher when a female employee came by and sprayed my boyfriend with cleaning product while cleaning a table next to ours. When I informed her of said fact, she said "well you shouldn't be here anyway" and walked off rather than apologising, which is an absolutely unacceptable way to speak to paying customers. Security guard then came over and started hassling us to drink up and get out. We asked if we could take the pitcher and drink it near the entrance to get out of the staff's way without having to down an entire pitcher, which was denied. We weren't informed at the door nor the bar of closing hours, so it was honestly really unpleasant to be treated with so much hostility and aggression by staff and security when we just wanted to have a pleasant night out. On principle, we won't be coming back here. Plenty of great independently-owned bars and venues in Blackpool that treat their customers like people rather than annoyances. Don't waste...
Read moreIts a great little bar, if you want to go out out then I'd go here definitely after 8pm when it gets more lively. We used to have one in our area and it just disappeared 😂. Love the pitchers of drinks, the vodka and Coke I had was lush. Great shots too. We got a wrist band to get in free before a certain time and a card to get a free shot! Music was very good, mix of oldies and then a little more recent music. It's a bit more Cheesy than super trendy, but Cheesy is definitely my style. We saw a group of lads order a huge massive beer tower each and it looked so good. It was basically like a big keg, it's hard to explain but we were all like woah 😂. There was disabled access, a disabled toilet apparently (I didn't see this but that doesn't mean there isn't one). Trendy looking toilets, big mirror space area you go into the toilets. Can't complain, good prices and they do food (although I...
Read moreI never leave reviews but this is a good, reliable bar to visit where we always enjoy our nights out. Unfortunately, however, our first visit back since the pandemic was ruined by an exchange with the lady selling deodorants/perfume in the women's toilets. When trying to use the soap dispenser, she slapped my hand away and knocked over a few of her products. I helped her tidy them up and asked if the dispenser was empty and if that was why she had slapped my hand away. She did not reply, however, and I found the whole event quite embarrassing and startling as I was not expecting a staff member to smack me. If it was her product in the dispenser it was not labelled so and she never suggested that this was true. I just felt I had to say something as it seemed very unprofessional and upset me on the night. I would hate for the same thing to happen to...
