Popped in for a beer with friends and it was the ‘soft launch’ of their new Japanese kitchen ‘Mogu Mogu’.

I ordered the Gyoza dumplings and some Pork Belly pork cubes. Both arrived beautifully presented - the pork cubes were served with home made radish pickles and amazing dipping sauce. The dumplings were super hot and seared beautifully.

Both were utterly delicious and easily as good as any fine dining Japanese restaurant - but priced really reasonably.

The beer selection is impressive, showcasing a dazzling array of craft ales that cater to all palates. Each pint I tried was superb, reflecting the high quality and variety Bison is known for. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some top-notch brews. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
