Bluemango — Restaurant in England

Was served cold left overs. Ordered pad se ew, the portion was so small and not even close to being served warm. Told the miserable looking waitress and she just said 'Ok' and walked off to talk to someone else. When I called her back to the table and complained again that it's cold and not looking or tasting fresh she just went; so you don't want? No apology, not offering to make something else. Also they added meat to a vegetarian dish. They had just scrambled together leftovers. Major attitude problem at this restaurant taking no accountability. We walked out. I suggest you don't walk in in the first place. The prices are 25% higher than what it shows online. Scammers. If in Bournemouth go to Kala Thai instead, so much better than this dump with no ambiance...

It wasn't very busy when I arrived and I eventually managed to order, only 1waitress who was also passing food to guys for delivery. It took a while for the starter to arrive. I then had a wait for main course, a tray was placed by the counter with 3 dishes on it. I watched the tray thinking surely that can't be mine. After about 5 minutes one dish was taken to a table and the rest was mine. I refused it, the waitress offered to heat it up but I had had enough of waiting and then served a meal which had been left on the counter. The waitress said she was on her own and couldn't cope!! My partner and I have been to Blue Mango a few times. The food is out of this world. For a start, the salt and pepper squid is THE best food that has ever touched my tastebuds. I have never eaten anything as delicious as that squid it’s unbelievable. I love seafood, their Tilapia Fillets are my favourite and come in two flavours. Both extremely nice. My boyfriend prefers the duck and it’s the best duck in town, we eat out a lot and have tried a lot of duck! All disappoint compared to here.
