Unfortunately, the bacon on the breakfast barm was overcooked and hard and very dry. I purchased this 40 mins before returning to the store at 11.00 am. to ask for a refund as I had to drive back from work. The staff in store accused me of purchasing the food hours earlier at "8am." But i didn't get out of bed until 9.15! Plus, my bank notification said the time of purchase. I was shocked at the level of customer service offered and will never go again. After reading reviews, it seems the problem is the male.

Popped in for coffee and cake. 3 staff all well presented, very friendly and pleasant. Delicious selection of fresh cakes and hot pies. Appears to be very clean and tidy. I will be deffo going again to try their home made lasagne and freshly made sandwiches. Recommended 🖒

The black currant pie is absolutely amazing. But the crust is so soft it just broke in the middle Their victoria cake is just alright.

Passed through while travelling to grab a bite to eat and stumbled on this cute little deli , Walked in and never felt so unwelcome somewhere in my life . My friend was carrying a little dog and popped her head is as stated no dogs allowed just to have a quick look at the menu and she was just snapped at . No coffee , and when asked for eggs with the bacon the older woman just snapped again we don't do eggs . It's a shame really the younger girl with the dark hair was polite and I felt sorry for her having to work in that environment. It's not even human friendly let alone dog friendly. The old woman was snotty and just looked down her nose at you . You need our money and custom to stay open so try spending less time making yourself up with awful faulse eyelashes at your age it's embarrassing for the business and more time working on some customer...

No gluten free options available. They advertise baked potatoes but don't actually stock them? The staff memeber just shrugged and asked if we'd like.anything else. Then part way throught the order started chatting to another customer. Ended up going to the chippy for chips and cheese. Wish we'd gone there in the 1st place because they also do sandwiches, which everyone else in my family can eat. It's literally a short walk over the bridge and across a road. The sandwiches looked so much nicer. We know better next time and...
