The wife and i enjoyed some shade and a iced frappe here along with a couple of hot food items, we had to ask for additional ice due to the temperature warming up the drinks fairly quickly. The Music was quite irritating and the toilet upstairs didn't have a toilet seat fitted so this was very unpleasant and considering the sign off sheet was signed for that day saying that the toilets are in good condition which they clearly weren't 👏 🙄. Cant imagine the disabled toilet was too nice either as EVERYONE was using it Not Good for those that aren't able to traverse th stairs. Doubt ill be returning to this branch.

A good sized cafe with plenty of seating that offers a wide range of hot & cold beverages, as well as a nice selection of delicious cakes, biscuits, sandwiches & pastries plus much more, I found my large Cappuccino made with oat milk to be well balanced & a perfect temperature. I also found the staff to be friendly, as I had a warm welcome as soon as I got to the counter from a lovely young lady, keep up the good work.

Hard working and friendly staff at this wonderfully located Nero in the pedestrian square just off Christchurch High Street. Tables outside are a haven away from the traffic and a great suntrap. Room upstairs when busy and clean loo.

Poor management. Two new staff on the till and making drinks whist manager wonders around and cleans a few tables. Get one of the new staff to clean the tables and load the dish washer. The manager needs to be organising behind the counter and actually moving a bit faster than snails pace. This allows the queue to move a bit quicker and also allows paying customers to drink from real cups and not from takeaway cups even if they are sitting in. Teach the new trainees how to use the equipment when it isn't so busy. The manager needs to step up to the task. Cafe nero has to understand that customers are not going to pay a lot of money to drink out of a paper cup sitting inside. Clear that some management training needs to take place because even to the layman it was obvious how the business could...

Good location on the corner of Saxon Square. Like the fact the establishment has both a ground floor disabled toilet (you need to get a key) and first floor toilets. Good selection of cakes and a large choice of different coffees. I've marked it down as the tables were not particularly clean and cups and plates left stacked on several tables, despite the fact there were 2 girls serving. I also would have preferred a choice of sandwiches being available in addition to baguettes and toasties although there was soup. All in all not bad but I do prefer the choice...
