Cafe Nero is a fantastic spot for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere for dogs. The staff is friendly, offering water bowls for furry companions, and the cozy ambiance makes it perfect for a relaxing visit. With rich coffee and tasty food options, it’s an ideal choice for dog owners who value quality and comfort!

I love this place I’ve been going for years and even though I have ones closer to me it’s always a nice drive out. I went there recently did the river loop walk with my dog then headed in to here for a iced coffee with my dog. They’re dog friendly and the staff loved making a fuss of him.

Recently released the vegan cheese and pesto toastie which is really nice. Very happy about this. Can be a bit slow on service at times but they always have the vegan toasties in so I'll be back.

Spectacularly bad! Went this afternoon, a Saturday in August, not busy was around 15:45. Ordered decaf vanilla iced latte, vanilla milkshake and a slice of lemon cheesecake. We asked for the drinks in takeaway cups as we needed to leave in about 15mins for the car park. Firstly they were made in mugs and we had asked for take out cups, we asked for them to be changed and very begrudgingly wordlessly and without any eye contact I watched these drink slopped into plastic cups. I then had to ask for the vanilla as they forgot that. Again wordlessly, no apology and without eye contact. The cheesecake slice was smallest I’ve seen literally about an inch wide at widest point. . I mentioned the small size and did not even get a response. The milkshake came without the cream we wanted. By the time we sat down any ice that was in the latte had melted so had to ask for ice which was again slopped into the drink as I held it going all over my hand. No apology, no eye contact, wordlessly the staff member walked away. Both drinks substandard on taste. Cheesecake was nice though, shame it was...

To the franchisee of Cafe Nero, Nantwich. So in I walk at 16:54 on Wednesday 1st of July 2020 and surly, beardy youth behind counter says "We're closed! We close at five!" To which I reply, "But its not yet five! By my watch its five to!" He comes back with, "Well there are two customers before you & by the time I've served them it will be five!" I then say, "So you're turning me away?" Him, "We close at five!" Me, "If you turn me away now, you turn me away forever!" He ignores me & carries on serving the person who walked in 10 seconds before me. So I leave & tell him I'm going to post a negative review on the internet. Here it is. A rude individual who is only concerned with finishing his shift on time. Beardy, reddish beard, guy! You don't deserve a job working with the public. I shall not be using Nafé Nero, Nantwich again nor shall I be using any other Nero shop. its the small independents from now on, who actually value &...

I haven’t been in for years as I use independent coffee shops Sad to say will not be returning The toilets are absolutely disgusting I know you can’t blame somewhere for who uses the toilets but the unisex one I used looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years It was in use so as the accessible toilet was free was going to use that However that had been absolutely abused by someone it was clear to see before I even went in Really off putting I do feel sorry for the staff if it’s them who has to deal...
