Absolutely crazy way to run a shop.. No closing times on the door, played their machines to pass time and decided to leave to re-enter, on 2nd visit i made eye contact when entering with staff, then just as i had placed £10 into the machine I heard someone bellowing across the store. Took my earphone out to here the staff member shouting we're closed.
At this point I have £5 credit and £5 to bank but I cant get the banked or the credit without playing.. explained this and was told to ring the number on the machine.. now i have to wait for their finance team to contact me regarding repayment..
I asked about the closing times and was Informed they change all the time due to budget cuts on hours..
I asked about the times not being displayed and was informed that they're not due to the hours changing so many times.

There was one other person in the place. I was told that the waiting room was further down the platform. I had to leave.
In conclusion, I'm saddened by poor customer service. It might have been better if the server had asked if they could get me something. This isn't necessarily the servers fault. It's just poor direction from their organisation. There are a number of other outlets at the station, and I will be aiming to use those...

The card reader went down and she was decent enough to give me my coffee as a staff order as my client was settled with his lunch and I had no cash on me for my own drink as I was going to pay by card as usual. She allowed me to draw the cash out later on and go back in to pay for it as we’re regulars. I went back in later with a £10 note and asked her to keep the rest for herself after my coffee charge and get herself a drink or whatever with it and thanked her and told her I’d leave...
