De Montfort University Food Village — Restaurant in England

I was served breakfast at this food court this morning 20/09/2022 at 08.00am costing £3.55. The service was poor. I explained to the lady I needed the egg well done and she kept taking them out not well done. I had to stand there to make sure they were cooked properly. I asked her for ketchup and she said just go take it behind the desk. When I received my breakfast I went to the till to buy the ketchup and she was talking with another staff member and I had to ask if anyone was serving. Then I purchased the items. Food is usually very cold and there is unfortunately never enough spaces to sit, usually completely full at lunch. Not to mention, usually very overpriced and to agree with other reviews, staff are generally very unfriendly.
