Yesterday I visited the restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.

What stood out the most was the food — it was absolutely amazing. After being in the UK for four years, this was the first time I had Indian food that genuinely reminded me of restaurants back in home. Every dish was packed with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection.

I ordered the Porotta and Butter Chicken combo, Chicken Fried Rice and Chilly Chicken combo, and Biriyani — each one was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The packaging also deserves a mention. It was thoughtfully designed, especially the combo packs, which were not only efficient but also kept the food warm and neatly arranged.

The pricing was very reasonable — not at all expensive for the quality and quantity of food provided. The restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable, ideal for both dine-in and takeaway.

I have recently dined at newly opened Multi cuisine Southern spice restaurant in the city along with my friends. I knew I was in for something truly special. From the cosy décor to the attentive service reflects genuine passion and care in hospitality. The food absolutely phenomenal and instantly transported me straight to the heart of southern part of India. Chicken Malabar was rich and flavourful, pork stir fry is indeed a culinary delight with right balance of spice and sweetness, chicken 65 was crisps and tasteful. The lamb biryani was bursting with flavour, each grain of rice infused with spices that dance on the palate Butter chicken was velvety and rich and ideal for soaking up every last drop of curry!! What truly sets this restaurant apart is the authenticity. You can taste the south Indian tradition and heart in every bite. Staff were friendly and welcoming however speed of the service can be improved if I have to pick 1 con !! Whether you're a lifelong fan of south Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Southern spice is a absolute must visit culinary destination in Leicester city. Its truly an experience you'll want to return again and again.

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my family. The ambience was really pleasant, and the staff were very welcoming — their hospitality and service truly stood out. They also asked for our feedback, which shows they genuinely care about improving.

However, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The masala dosa and ghee roast were just okay — the chutney tasted good, but the dosas weren’t crispy enough to give that satisfying texture. The biriyani was average and didn’t feel worth the price.

The only dish our whole family really enjoyed was the beef cutlets — they were delicious! Unfortunately, the special chicken curry was quite disappointing; it had an odd taste and was nothing like what we expected. The porotta was okay, duck roast was average, and the noodles were not soft.

Overall, we were impressed by the service and ambience but not very happy with the food quality. Please keep the same wonderful staff but focus on improving the taste and consistency...
