Etna Pizza Co — Restaurant in England

Terrible service. Placed order at 6pm. Called them at 7.30pm as it hadn’t arrived. Nobody picking up or replying to email I sent. Eventually at around 8pm after calling for 30 mins, two hours after I placed the order, somebody picked up and instead of apologising simply said they were really busy. Unbelievable. Surely they could have checked order numbers and contacted customers if they were having issues which would be have been the civilised thing to do. As it is, two hours of my day have been wasted. More even as I’ll know have to get food elsewhere and wait again. Hungry kid with me too. Watch them reply to this review and somehow say they were just busy. Stop taking orders then. Never again. If I don’t get the refund I was promised I will be pursuing this and will give you to the end of the week maximum to process the refund. Thanks...

Ordered pizza from here as we had been recommended that it's the best pizza in Bedford. We went with the package where you upgrade to 16 inch and get free garlic bread and puddings. At £44.00 we thought it would be worth it. We knew we had to wait 55min and were fine with that but when the delivery arrived it was only the pizzas. I called the restaurant and was told I had to leave a comment if I wanted the puddings and garlic bread. Nowhere did it say this. I explained this to the lady who really couldn't have cared less attitude and asked to speak to. Th manager. I was told he is too busy!!! Excuse me? She said she would get them to call me back which I am still waiting for.. The pizza was cold, tasteless and unless I get to speak to a manager today I will be taking my orders elsewhere in the future....

Update - not going again. Ordered online and again with no prior warning as soon as I ordered said delayed by 40 mins. I was already super hungry so would’ve gone elsewhere, and ended up being delayed by 50 mins so 1h 40 total delivery time. And the salt levels were ridiculous. It’s 18 hours later and I’m still desperate for liquid.

Very tasty. However before I ordered it said estimated 45-55 mins for delivery. When I order it said delays so an extra 40 mins (so 95 mins). It ended up coming after just 30 mins - a little more accuracy would be appreciated. Also was up all night gasping for water as it was...
