Siam Heaven Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in England

Once again Siam Heaven go above and beyond in the quality of food and service. I brought my friend here to dine as he had never dined at Siam Heaven before. To say he was impressed by the food and service is an understatement. Another excellent evening of great Thai food, balanced with authentic Thai flavours. This Thai restaurant gets everything right from the service, to the quality of the the food. If your a seafood lover then try the sea bass it's outstanding. If you want an authentic Thai experience then you must try Siam Heaven, it's certainly one if not the best Thai restaurants in the area without doubt.

This is the second time I've dined at Siam Heaven, and on both occasions the food and service cannot be faulted. This Thai restaurant is now a firm favourite of mine and I would recommend anyone who enjoys Thai food to try it....you won't be disappointed!! The food is served  promptly and is steaming hot and the service is impeccable. If your ordering from a set menu then you can't go wrong everything is flavoursome and cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. If you don't try this Thai restaurant then you must be mad!!!! Hats off to Siam Heaven.

I dined at Siam Heaven for the first time tonight, having dined at various other Thai restaurants in Bedford. Siam Heaven had come highly recommended to us by a number of people, so my friend and I felt we needed to see how Siam Heaven compared to the other Thai restaurants we had dined at, in Bedford. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed prompty and warmly and the service was excellent and friendly. We decided to order the 'Phuket Set' from the set menu. The mixed starter arrived promptly and consisted of chicken satay sticks, Thai fish cakes, spring rolls, khanom Jeebs and prawn toast which was presented beautifully. Everything on plate was tasty and faultless, and our plates were left empty. The khanom Jeebs and chicken satays were especially delicious and very moreish. Our main courses consisted of Panaeng Curry (chicken) which came in a red coconut Thai sauce which was particularly delicious, creamy and full of flavour and was accompanied with Jasmine rice, Jarn Lon Talay (sizzling seafood), Pad Thai vegetables and stir fried mixed green vegetables. The seafood was excellent and the calamari was cooked beautifully and melted in the mouth. Every authentic flavour of Thai food was captured within our meal. Siam Heaven is truly heaven for every fan of Thai cuisine. We would highly recommend you give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed. We are very lucky in Bedford to have a number of great Thai restaurants. Go on...

I am a regular and usually order take away from here weekly. This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Bedford having tried all others I know about. They are very accommodating with my special requests and prepare meals exactly how I ask - for example I ask for Tom Yum half veg/half tofu. I like my food ridiculously spicy, and they are the only restaurant I've eaten at in my entire life that are brave enough to provide me with the spice level I request. This is why I order from here weekly, as I have a very high tolerance to spice and most other restaurants are too scared are provide the spiciness I request for.

My family also consider Siam Heaven the best Thai take away we order from Bedford.

My respects to the head chef, as he was brave enough to actually fulfil the spice level I requested the first time I ordered from here. I usually leave comments when ordering from restaurants such as "extra extra extra extra hot, lots of bird's eye chilis" and I'm usually left disappointed with the level of spice when it arrives. I've discussed this with other restaurants, they say they're too scared to make food too spicy, as the customer may send it back or make a complaint.

See the attached picture - I have removed all the ingredients from my Tom Yum and left the bird's eye chilis. This is level of spice I request, and they always deliver.

Me and my partner have been here once before and it was nice. This review is based off of our visit tonight and i would never usually leave negative reviews but the whole experience wasn't great. I was served raw chicken and i noticed as i was chewing it and after looking at it, me and my partner noticed that it was raw. when we informed the manager, she looked at it for about one second and then told us that it cannot be raw because of the process that they take to cook it she then took the plate, no apology, and said that she would bring a new dish (red curry.) I then went up to the bar to say that I didn't want a new one as of course my appetite had gone and asked if she could take it off the bill. we ended up paying for the other things on the bill. My boyfriend didn't end up eating his meal either but at this point we hadn't even had an apology so we asked to speak to the manager and showed her the picture of the meat to which she then admitted that it did look raw and it was at this point that she apologised after we expressed that we felt like we hadn't been taken seriously. We are a couple in our early 20s and find that a lot of of the time we're treated differently at restaurants because we are younger. Unfortunately the customer service has completely put us...
