Kell's Cafe — Restaurant in England

I just got back from the cafe and haven't even had my breakfast yet, but I felt I had to share my experience because it was so great! When I walked in to place my order, I went for the small English breakfast x2. I think the owner was the one who served me—she was super friendly! She asked if I wanted to dine in or take out, and I let her know I’d be taking it to go. I also asked how long it would take, and she said just a few minutes. I mentioned I’d be waiting outside, but I didn’t specify that I’d be in my car.

To my delightful surprise, the same lovely lady came to my car window with a big smile and my order! This kind of service really blew me away and is the perfect example of going above and beyond for customers. Thank you so much, Miss Madam—I truly appreciate your efforts! Popped in for a fry up this morning. Ordered a large brekky with cane with tea. £7.50. Ordered some extra toast as it’s my favourite and the whole lot cost £8.50. Food couriers popping in regularly. And I am not surprised. Even the sausage was good which is where some brekky tends to let themselves down. Not here. All lovely. Plenty to mop up with the toast too. Defo give this place a go....
