Super friendly, chill, vibesy and accommodating service from the owner/server I met. Actually cheered me up. Came here alone and was comfortable doing so, chill upbeat music also keeps it not awkward. Had a honeynutlatte and it was DELICIOUS. Got summer rolls & chicken rice pot. Everything was fresh and the right temperature and juicy but light. Feels like good food, to fuel my body. I feel like people who're used to cooking from scratch who struggle w a lack of fresh food available outside will like here. Also bought vegan bahn mi And pork pho to take away for friends & because I want this when I get home. Access wise: I'm a powerchair user and had no issues, staff prompts if i wanted chairs moved themself/himself (and said I could sit anywhere - it wasn't weird ykwim?) Small bump(required for doors to lock into) over what is almost flat entrance double doors. Clearable by powerchairs, likely also manual & rollator much better than a drop curb. Floor is very flat, had aircon on on a hot day. Very flexible menu, inc fish vegetarian & size options. [Which is even more impressive for a smaller buisiness with a limited/capsule but clearly well thought out menu I assume to keep the standard so high with a small kitchen and one person who is front of house whom I'm unsure if theyre also the cook which is dope.] Had a gender neutral toilet. I saw three booster seats avaliable for small children. Recommended to my powerchair user friend who's local. Unpretentious but would also bring a date here. [Obviously not like a bot or paid/associated something, just want delicious accessible places getting the good business and disabled folks finding good food easily without as much headache]

Finally an authentic Vietnamese place! This is the place to go if you’ve been craving Vietnamese food. It’s nothing fancy or pretentious, because it does not need to be. The food is the most important thing about the restaurant (and they deliver on it). It is family owned and seeing the owners kid in a corner just solidified how hard the food was gonna slap. I made the mistake of first going to a local restaurant Pho and left being disappointed. This place though is the real deal, I wish I found it earlier. The prices are very good, considering the portions and taste. Support your small local family owned businesses!

We ordered vegetable spring roll, Chicken and Beef Pho. The spring rolls were pricey for the little quantity and taste was alright. Nothing too special. But the pho was AMAZING. It had such a homely feel to it. The good part was you can order as per the size you prefer. I tried the rice pot too but didn’t like it as much. Do pay a visit if you enjoy pho. Usually their chicken is not halal but this batch was. Please do check with them before ordering if their chicken is halal or not. Will definitely go back for the Pho!🍲❤️

Hi everyone,I'm a Vietnamese woman living in London. Today I and my husband came here for the lunch, unwelcoming staff. Next, when the waitress brought 2 bowls of beef pho(no beansprout,no fresh chilli,no vegetables for beef pho as like as other normal Vietnamese restaurants which I have eatenhi in London. They have had only 3 tables(5 customers)for the lunch)so the excuse is busy can't be accepted. I used to work as a waitress in 4 stars hotel in London with 100 guests for the breakfast but I could handle everything. I was still hungry,I ordered one baguette with pork,I think that was the worst Vietnamese baguette I have eaten until so far. Extremely slow service, not professional at all. Usually,in the normal restaurants should set up available chopsticks and spoons on the table, but they brought the beef pho then brought the chopsticks, wrong steps! And the tissue for the customers: Kitchen Towel! I have no words to say about this restaurant. I have eaten in Van Hing and Pho Moc in London for a long time, and everytime I come to van hing 100 times,I'm absolutely satisfied(small like Milk No Sugar but impressive service,1 staff runs everything greatly and I gave good tips to Van Hing and pho moc but in here,no points). The attitude of the staffs and owner are very important to decide how the restaurant is going. I will not come here anymore, zero star! Hi the owner of the milk no sugar,I think if the person should take the piece of the toilet paper was you,and on the other hand: may I ask you a question: are you a very well educated person from Vietnam? As if you should come back to the primary school to be taught the basic good things as a child before being an owner of the restaurant. May I ask how long have you been in the UK? If you did understand the basic standard of the British culture here, you would have said that to the customers no matter how would they said. Dear all customers here,I'm sure with all you this is the worst behaviour of the owner toward the customer. Dear everyone, in here,I'm emphasising of the BASIC and most standard of the communication skills of the owner. I'm sorry I don't have more time for the low...

I am so super dissapointed with this restaurant. I went with the Deliveroo reviews which I think were very misleadng. Who are the people that gave this food 5 star? It is worse than mediocre. The only ok thing out of my order was the Pho soup which probably deserves 3 starts but is far from excellent. Hence why the review gets 2 stars not one. The calamari rings were tastless and texture was more of an old fried rubber. These are definately not fresh and somehow the breaded coating is embeded into the rubbery 'thing' that does not taste of calamari. The summer rolls had a tasteless iceberg lettuce and some carrot and noodles. Zero herbs & Zero fragrance. The curry was awful. tastes like the curry powder desolved in the water with some thinckener. It tasted so artificial like the curry sauce you will get on the night out with your chips from the bad fast food. The sweet chilli sauce that came with summer rolls tasted cheap. Apart the Pho which was ok it all went in the bin.. 35 pounds wasted. I am not sure who gave the good reviews, perhaps people who eat junk food?! Othwerwise, how would anyone possibly like this? This food is far from authentic. I love Vietnamese food and this is probably the worse I ever had. I am very dissappointed and angry just wasted my money. If you are looking for a decent, authentic and tasty food - this is not...
