Ok great coffee friendly staff, good patisseries but not great seating and the seatings pretty limited, no oatly barista oatmilk either. Although this may have changed as i did mention it. The stool I sat on was not padded had no cushioning was cold, and very narrow plank surface to drink from, so I can't rest my arms or rest my back, like I can at say HISBE, I'm one of the few people who do reviews based on comfort as well as the quality of the drinks and food on offer, im getting a drink to take the weight off my bones while it rains outside i need comfortable seating. No hooks on table edges like at Traffe Cafe to hang bags , jackets or shopping this a great space saving idea that helps customers stop dropping there things as they have no choice but to leave them by there feet. This is good idea if you have such limited space where you can't have a coat rack or stand by the door. Little bit pricey compared to others that offer just as good coffee and patisseries just a stones throw away. But very good quality if you...

Seems maybe a little over the top or dramatic to say about a Coffee shop these days but if you're feeling on the outside in Brighton, like you can't find your way into the community or meet and make new friends and see familiar friendly faces, Coffee at 33 is the place for you. Amarigo and Taris who run this place make some of the best coffee in town but more importantly welcome everyone and make it an environment to chat, meet new people and become one of the regulars and feel like a local. I've sat there and witnessed them welcome regulars remembering their name and their order "The Usual". They have changed days for me by making me feel part of something outside of myself and I now find myself drawn in every time I go past. (Which is A LOT). Right by Brighton station it's the perfect place to stop on your way into or out of...

Delightful coffee, delightful service, delightful cafe!

Mainly, the coffee, was complex and had a beautiful flavour, a house blend that was brewed to perfection, seemingly exactly for my little taste buds. The milk (flat white) was silky and smooth, and the ratios were spot on. Great cup all round and regardless of anything else, the coffee wins.

The service and vibes to the place are equally as immaculate though. Shared seating creates a real community buzz and nice atmosphere, with staff, both knowledgeable and friendly, going above and beyond to create a great experience.

The cafe is one of the best in Brighton, and that’s before the cakes and bakes! I obviously couldn’t try the whole lot, but going of the quality of the pastel de nata that I had, ooooweeee I’m...

Coffee At 33 – Small shop, big heart (and seriously good coffee!) The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly — you feel welcome the second you walk in. . I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.

I’m not coffee expert, but the filter coffee at 33 has completely redefined what coffee can be for me. Their unique roasting process brings out the true essence of each bean, capturing flavors that are rich, smooth, and unbelievably aromatic. This isn’t just a coffee shop. It's like a little haven in the heart of Brighton where coffee transforms from a drink into an experience. Absolute must-visit for anyone passing through Brighton! ☕💫
