Awful Nando’s
Went to Nando’s Friday 6th Jan, 3 people we did order as 2 orders I got my meal and ate halfway through when someone came over and explained chicken for my friends would be 20/25 mins when I would of been finished by this point, went passed this time I asked 2/3 waitress they did say they would check which they did as I was watching and then just walked off to do something else and not bother coming and letting us know, so frustrating as I was just sitting there finished my meal and my friends was still waiting.
They finally got food was offered a starter for free wow £1.79 start big deal
A lady I believe manger said she will come over when we are finished we waited 10 mins she didn’t bother so we just got up and left

Read moreOK, so we're in the midst of a pandemic, I get that. However, getting a table at this place for an evening meal was darn neat impossible! You cannot book online, or over the phone, you need to join a queue by physically going to the restaurant and scanning a code. We arrived around 8 in the evening and were told it wasn't going to happen for us. Disappointing because we are huge fans of Nando's!
Anyway, we decided to go back the next day and BOOM! Straight on the list and a table within 15 minutes. Great! The menu is online now and it's all table service, which is actually great. And the food is still as awesome as ever. I was grumpy when I couldn't get a table before but I'm sorry I ever doubted you Nando's! The service at the Bournemouth restaurant was fantastic too! Read moreI've been to over 100 Nando's all over the country and never been treated so blunt and so rude in my life. Half of the store is empty but she's telling me waiting time is 45 minutes ? I said that's fine then she goes food order in time is 30 minutes. Clearly wanting me to leave. Me and my family just wanted to have a meal with my 3 year old daughter. We were in the waiting area for only 5 minutes and got called thinking 45 minutes lol. So many red flags. The foods came burnt, when we Mentioned it they said new one will take 1 hour to replace lol.
