Nayeb Kebab House — Restaurant in England

NO STARS IF I COULD! absolute joke! first time ordering. ordered two meals, and one meal was completely incorrect. i phoned the restaurant to be told why cant i eat the incorrect order as it costs the same amount of money!. i stated that its not what i ordered and i would like the correct meal. i was then told that i need to contact Deliveroo, as its there problem. i told them that it was an error with the restaurant as they had packaged the wrong order as 1 of my meals was correct and both meals were tied together in the same bag, and this was not done by Deliveroo The wrong order so it wasn't Deliveroo's fault! the person i spoke to admitted it was his fault! but i need to contact Deliveroo, to get a refund or something!!!! what type of customer service is that!! i will not be ordering from here again. wasted my money and they clearly don't know or care about there customers or what they receive!...

I been going to this restaurant since 2009 all the way from London at-least 3 times a week to eat the delicious and fresh bbq food as its my favourite food in the whole world, Mr Sikandar and Mr Fareed always looked after me not like customer but like family and all the staff taken care of me by serving me the best Persian food, the food is mouth watering and juicy fresh meat flavours of Persian 🥘 my fav chicken wings, Lamb kofta, Lamb shank with saffron rice, I eat out as I am foody l never tried this tasty food in the whole London, I can say no turkish & Persian restaurant in the whole UK serve the best food like Nayeb of Hove, I really wish all the best & good luck to Sikander & Fareed to do well and open up as many as restaurants in the country and deliver this taste so people know what is real Persian food in the country or...

Restaurant=0. Disgusting staff, they peak through the toilet window via the mirror. Delivery=0. Extremely rude Mongolian owner. Even if one spends over £50, you still have to pay £1 delivery charge. Money is not an issue, if it was, we would have ordered KFC or other cheaper options, hence the manner, the way, they express themselves/communicate. Forget customer service. They have no respect for humanity. If you want to make any changes, ie; order rice and chips, instead of just rice. It’s like you have slaughtered the owner and fried his kidneys. Why would Mongolians sell Persian food..it’s behond me! Lastly, if you want good size Persian portions. Forget it, hence small portions and low...
