Pizza Go Go Strood — Restaurant in England

I've used this pizza franchise say for a very fair much handful of times, a couple have ended up in severe food poisoning wherby the pizza is swimming in grease & should not of left the building to someone home to be consumed by a human or living being, or for people with gut issues, so someone who's healthy, this was suppose to be a treat for me well so I thought, today after a year or so of receiving a last overly greasy slopy pizza, stating specificly what size I want again have they got it rong again this hasn't been the first time & can't be language barrier as even when I've been that annoyed this time again, I stated a more clearer response in stating the price rather than size pizza for that set pizza place goes by so there couldn't be no confusion as I expalined on phone call after receiving the completely wrong order, was I even told he was quick, he see it go out, as if that justify a cold pizza suggesting your even dare lying, in response I do not deny was just mins under a hour & quick enough although just over the bridge & been delivered to within even less than half thay time in past under 30m To avoid further annoyance his end I'm trying to end the call as in the past it's been to reply me that he will let the delivery driver know, puting blame on him when you can tell as of ordering not even a hour til the time of delivery rushing my food, no such apology for not taking my order wrong to begin with but to speak over me with no intent to hear me out as the paying rather frustrated customer, at this point I was hoping for a single apology & awareness as I told him I was just letting you know you know, that's surely important right, Well anyway the pizza crust is cooked enough so clearly it's been sat long enough in the cold weather being winter, not my problem, Being that I am a paying customer & other once have they offered to rectify just pure ignorance. Definitely don't value their customers or anyone ordering unless on the door it's going to be hot, my pizza today is not even luke warm I kid you not, very disappointing yet again. Do not offer delivery service if you can't provide fresh hot food. No stars because no star. Please rectify this problem there was a reason I stopped ordering from yous for a very long time & now it's just goton worse. Well least this time I'm not going to be food poisoned as everything is stone cold & not a grease cake. I have been more than nice enough to have never wrot bad feedback only shockingly until now or go off one bad order but several one to many since. Hope its worth. 3 days ago I ordered from pizza gogo. The pizza was undercooked in the middle so i phoned up and the delivery driver (John) came and i gave the pizza back. Over the phone they said they would give me a refund of 18.99 in 48 hrs. I phoned back after 48 hrs as i hadn't received it. They said phone back tomorrow as the manager isn't here. I phoned back today and the manager was extremely rude to me and denying that he said he would give me the refund (even tho i had 2 family members as witnesses that he said he would refund me) and shouting his head off at me saying i need to talk to Just Eat about it. I've finally got my refund back and even Just Eat apologised for the poor service I received. The managers attitude was absolutely appauling. NEVER EVER again. I ordered a PIzza with extra cheese actually called and asked for topings to be under the cheese was told thats ok. then once pizza arrived had hardly any cheese on to the point where the dough was still visible i called to ask for a replacement the staff admitted to not putting extra cheese on and forgot to make the pizza how I wanted it then when I asked for a replacement was told manager is not available and she would call back. when she called she said they refuse to send out a replacement and refused to let me speak to the manager who was in the background then hung up on me. such a shame as we had been ordering from here atleaat once a week for years.
