Riri Burger — Restaurant in England

I have tried every burger in my area and a few places globally and this burger imo is by far best ! From the moment u enter riri the experience is wonderful ,it’s tidy and clean , cool artwork , the staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I have met and understood my requirements fully , the menu is very clear and easy to understand. The minor details are what make it ! From how well the food is presented , to the secret spicy sauce they have , which accompany the fries like a dream , trust me this will be new for you and u wont stop dipping till it’s all gone !! The burger itself is so tasty and some would say rather simple maybe , but that’s the key here guys , concentrating on the key ingredients and making them the best!! Plus afterwards u don’t feel bloated ! Sign of quality ! I can’t stop coming back every few days it’s that’s good ! The photos don’t do the burgers any justice, you should really try it out for yourself - they’re the most juiciest and filling burgers I’ve had in a long time and I am a burger connoisseur!

What tops it off is the burger buns that they use; St.Pierre Brioche Buns, soft, fluffy and flavoursome.

The fries that come with the meal are tasty and fresh, not stale or recooked like other places!

Only downfall really is their soft drinks selection; you really need to step it up guys! Your drinks need to be better; Pepsi, Tango, etc. just doesn’t cut the mustard anymore, and for the quality of food you offer, the drinks needs to match! How about Fever Tree, Karma Kola, etc.

It’s a nice, clean environment but feel that it could do with a bit of a “rebrand/refresh”.

Smash burgers were great but hamburgers and chicken burgers did not justify the price in my opinion as they were nothing special and the hamburgers were a bit firm. Fries were undercooked and limp. Had great service here the last time but this time was let down by the staff who sent notification of the food being ready to collect, and when I turned up with my family in the car to collect, was told that it was not yet ready. On top of this, the staff tried to charge me 50p for each ketchup and mayonnaise (even though the sign said you get one free with every meal- which we did not). overall, food was ok but we felt really let down by the poor service, especially considering we spent over £50 here today, were made to wait, and then asked to pay extra for standard sauces other places give for free....
