SoBe Burger — Restaurant in England

This was by far one of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten! I checked reviews beforehand to see if the burgers tasted as good as they looked in the photos and the reviews were mixed so i gave it a try. Firstly, the “cheese chips” came cold and unsalted and the cheese was just sauce. The burger arrived messy with most of it having fallen into the box and sauce all over the buns. After taking a bite, the patty somehow made the burger worse. I had the double cheeseburger. Chewing it fell like i was being forced to eat chum. Ordered from Uber eats, order was excepted and delivery time of 20 mins given, money taken. 22.15-22.35 by 22.55 order still not arrived and restaurant not answering the phone to get an update. In end had to get Uber to cancel order and refund me the money paid!

Not good customer service when accepting orders and taking payments to then just not deliver. As a franchise not a good look on the brand...

Absurdly overpriced for the size and quality. Greasy barely cooked burgers with ingredients missing. Missing fries, missing drinks, felt sick after consuming.
