Boots — Local services in Great Britain

Let me start by saying that not all the staff here are the issue, my experience is in particular to the Pharmacy department and in particular a lady named Kirty or similar spelling to this.

Having currently experiencing health issues, and being provided a prescription, today I went into the store and towards the pharmacy at 08:45am my enquiry was to see if they had an item in stock, I can understand that the pharmacy can’t serve anyone till 9am, this is understandable.

I was immediately met with hostility by this lady, who was rude and completely unprofessional, the tone she used in speaking to me was like a piece of dirt on her shoe, I have never been spoken to in this way and would never treat anyone like this.

She was really rude and unhelpful and not what boots the brand should stand for. She was shouting at me in front of other members of public which was really embarrassing, I would never expect any customer service of this level.

Worst pharmacy ever. Iv seen it all now. Racist, unprofessional, unorganised staff member specifically lady whose name is "DIPA PATEL" as I asked her name for makes complain against her. Lack basic skills like customer service! . The worst experience I had this store at my first time went for collection on this store. The staff member that lady DIPA when my husband went to take medicine yesterday, she said that the doctor has not sent the prescription here yet. So you have to come tomorrow and then we guys went the next day that's today again she told me doctor sent the proscription so late today, so now you have to wait until four o'clock I reached there at 11:30 o'clock or twenty minutes I have to wait, she treated me very badly. When I called the GP reception and asked about my prescription has been late sent, they said that the prescription was sent yesterday and when DIPA saw that I was calling someone and I asked to talk to her , he immediately gave me the medicine.
