What a disgusting manager!

I phoned them up to say my food was cold, limp and wet. And that the chips was obviously reheated from the day before, I was told the order came straight to my door, even though the driver couldn't find my house. I wanted a part/whole refund, instead I was offered a discount on my next order.... Why in hell would I order from this takeaway again! The manager told me he had 500 complaints and I was 501 the he put the phone down on me, How rude can you be!!! Orderd pizza and chips total came to 14.60 we had a 20 pound note driver didn't have correct change or think to go and change what he had to suit the bill. we left the food due to this stupidity as he had no change. The takeaway then proceeded to ring us saying we wasted their time we explained the situation and he then hung up after giving us attitude. The driver told them we rejected the pizza. The driver forgot to mention the part where he is delivering food without any change. All in all we lost out on a pizza as we were starving and they lost out on the sale. The lady behind the till was very lovely it was nice to be greeted with a smile, she made me feel very comfortable whilst i made my order and when i struggled on deciding what i wanted she told me she was there for me and that she would help me get through it. I felt a spiritual connection with this nice young lady and this place is surely to achieve success with a girl like her behind the till.
