Me and my family had a great time for my sons birthday today. They have made quite a few new additions to the area aswell, for example new animals which move. They are fab! And we love how its decorated, its like a whole new world. However the fact they only have "unisex" toilets. Which as a woman i dont feel comfy going to the toilet with a man next to me, nor would i feel comfy sending my little girl in going to the toilet next to a grown man! When asked if there was just a ladies toilet, i was told very abruptly from a female i wasnt actually asking the question to "no darling they are unisex only" to which i reply. Is there just a womens toilet? I dont feel comfy going to the toilet with a strange man next to me, she was very rude and unaccomidating and then went over to chat to her friend sat in 1 of tbe booths whilst meant to be working. Her attitude was very unprofessional and i have never had an expeirence like this when visiting before. Its wrong and it needs to stop been normalised! Managment- this needs re-looking at (i know your business may been forced into doing it, but your business will suffer in the long run) because its okay making people who identify different to their birth sex feel comfy, but what about actual birthed women who would like to use the toilet without having to share the area with a strange man next door? Or a young girl for example. The mens are the mens, and the womens are the womens.. and nobody should do such a private thing feeling uncomfy. Unisex toilets are not welcoming at all, and its a shame because we really like coming here, quite often actually but i dont think we will be doing anymore unless the toilet situation is changed. I have submitting a complaint due to how indecent i was treat on the matter from the woman, but the gentleman on shift was great and didnt make me feel uncomfy for asking the question and didnt really know what to say on the matter as he knew it wasnt his choice. But the woman on shift that day needs a lesson in customer service, understanding and compassion, and maybe get her head out the cloud to whats normal and...
Read moreOur trip was quite disappointing because I had booked and paid for two games of golf and then to have drinks and pizza afterwards. When we arrived and advised of our booking I was told that "the kitchen was closing early so can we eat first" and was asked if we minded. This technically isn't what I paid for and I wasn't hungry at this moment neither was my date so this was sort of an issue, especially to have no prior warning or reasoning, but nonetheless we accepted as this was possibly due to unforeseen circumstances.
So we ordered our drinks, once we were finally served at the bar, despite the place being empty, we ordered two cocktails, 2 for ten offer terms should be communicated better than they are because I saw no Ts and Cs that advised the cocktails have to be the same one.
pizza wise, a good sized portion however the tiki torch was dry, lacked cheese and was bland and the BBQ chicken and bacon one was not much better however it at least tasted more like a pizza as opposed to dough smothered in wood chippings.
The golf course was great fun, yes there could be some longer more technical courses but it didn't spoil the fun we had and I will say the cocktails we had were really nice. However as we had finished our game of golf and were sat with our drinks we were approached by a member of staff and abruptly told: "we're closed now" Again, with no prior warning.
In conclusion a nice and fun place to go to kill a couple of hours and take on one of the eighteen hole courses, but for us it was genuinely ruined by really bad customer service, which was rude...
Read moreThis place is far more than just your average mini-golf; it's a completely immersive experience that truly lives up to the name "adventure park."
It's clear from the moment you step inside that a massive amount of time, effort, and money has been invested into making this venue special and unique. The rainforest theme is incredible, with stunning, detailed sets, dramatic lighting, and clever obstacles on the courses. You genuinely feel transported to a lost, tropical world, and the interactive elements scattered throughout really enhance the fun. It’s a feast for the eyes and made our friendly competition even more exciting!
But the fun didn't stop at the adventure golf. We also decided to try the interactive darts screen, and it was an absolute blast! It was incredibly fun and surprisingly immersive. The technology puts a brilliant, modern twist on a classic game, with different game modes and graphics that kept everyone engaged and laughing. It was the perfect addition to our outing.
