The Nothe Cafe — Restaurant in England

My 6-year old son has recently become gluten free and they could not do enough to cater for us. The owner of the cafe was so kind, thoughtful and thorough. They offered GF rolls, paninis (which my husband and I had and were delicious) and really lovely cakes. Because he is also a twin, my son wants everything the same as his brother. When I took my own gluten free bread, so he could have a sandwich as part of the kid bag deal, the owner of the cafe happily took it and made his sandwich to look as identical as she could to the gluten sandwich. Could not recommend this place enough! Considering they didn’t have a separate GF menu, I’ve never felt so welcome to ask for GF! So refreshing not to feel awkward! Lovely food at great prices. Hot drinks were lovely as were the cooked sandwiches. Cafe is dog friendly outside, not sure about the covered area.
