Topolino Brighton & Hove — Restaurant in England

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after dining at this restaurant with my partner last weekend. We stumbled upon this place, walking through Hove, having been out for a few drinks. My go-to is always an Italian, and what a find this was. We received a really friendly welcome from staff, as we hadn't booked, and they were very busy, but we were lucky enough to be seated at a lovely table by the window. We could not fault the service at all. Soooooo helpful. GREAT MENU!!!! The food was absolutely outstanding!!! We recommend anything, Seafood! Freshly made pasta, pizzas are to die for. I had scallops to start....omg deeeeelicious. My partner loves fried squids, which again....amazing. I really fancied a seafood pizza, which isn't on the menu, but they made it for me anyway, which was incredible. For me, it was as good if not better than VIP pizza in Brighton. My partner had their seafood spaghetti. He enjoyed every mouthful, and he got so much seafood.

This has become our favourite Italian by far in Hove.

We stayed in an Airbnb in Brighton for the weekend and didn’t feel like cooking, so we did a quick Google search for “Restaurants Near Me.” Topolino popped up with an impressive 4.9 stars, and since it was just a short walk away, we decided to give it a try.

From the moment we rang ahead to book a table, the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table by a cheerful and attentive young man. The atmosphere was relaxed — no rushing, just a comfortable and easy interaction with the team.

The food arrived hot and promptly, and it was absolutely excellent. You could tell they used high-quality ingredients, everything was cooked to perfection, and — something that’s surprisingly rare these days — it was all seasoned just right.
