Ganges Brasserie — Restaurant in England

I have just had a takeaway meal from the Ganges Brasserie . It was absolutely delicious as always . I am a key worker for the NHS and have also recovered from that awful illness Covid 19 . Having been in BSUH for 2 weeks, one week which was spent in Intensive Care then 10 weeks slowly recovering at home and finally able to get back to my work for the NHS last week. My sense of taste and smell only retuned to normal 2 weeks ago and I was craving an Indian meal from my favourite restaurant in Hove and tonight I was certainly not disappointed. Thank you so much Ganges for the 50% discount it was much appreciated in these uncertain times . First visit to Ganges Brasserie. Indian food is normally very filling, so I decided to order just a vegetable vindaloo, onion bhajis, pilau rice, mint sauce and chutney. I think the management tried to deter me from returning in a passive-aggressive way in retaliation for under-ordering by supplying me with half-empty trays of curry and rice and four tiny bhajis. I finished my takeaway in ten minutes and I'm still hungry. It was a great pity, because the Higgs Boson vindaloo was actually very good. I am an avid curry lover, who recommends places to friends and colleagues. I won't be returning to or recommending Ganges Brasserie to anyone. Ganges omitted the poppadoms, so I'm now off to Taj to buy some to go with the onion salad and sauces I...

Went out with my wife and daughter, booked the table, went in guy at front desk was a little brash, put it down to being busy. Sat down had poppadoms and mixed dips. Drinks ordered, within seconds asked what we wanted for main, from when we arrived to leaving all in 1 hour, clearly wanted us to eat and leave as soon as possible, so could have table for next customer. Bill was brought to us, no rush he said, within seconds card machine thrust at us, paid, still finish 2nd drink, (we did just have time). Guy who was at front desk and said take time no rush, hoovering over us oh your still drinking, so necked our drink and left.
