Disappointing Dining Experience at "Coral Harbour" BRING YOUR OWN SAUCE OR YOU PAY 50P FOR TINY SHACHETS. "KIDS EAT FREE" really means you buy one adult meal and get a kids meal free, if you're a single parent with more than one child then you're still going to be paying for them. The children's meals are very hard, look mass produced and was completely flavorless even for my four year old which they would eat dirt if it was possible so that really shows the quality. My recent visit to Coral Harbour left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with lackluster service and an ambiance that felt more like a cafeteria than a fine dining establishment. The menu boasted an array of gourmet options, but the reality fell short. The food was bland and uninspired, lacking any discernible flavor or finesse. Even the presentation was lackluster, with dishes haphazardly thrown together on the plate. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. Our server seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than attending to our table, due to their new "ORDER VIA QR CODE" rules they have put in place. Overall, my experience at Coral Harbour was thoroughly disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a quality dining experience. Save your money and dine elsewhere. I'm not sure what the overhaul was about because the system they had previously was much better and a better experience overall.

This restaurant is located inside Corn Island, it looks fantastic and clean inside and is in a good location. We went in on the morning, and my partner asked for a bacon roll with mushrooms, but apparently, they don't sell mushrooms. After I ordered, we saw mushrooms on the menu, so they changed it. The staff didn't even know what they sold. Then I got the sausage bun. The ketchup sachets they supply are disgusting they should really serve decent sauce. Food came out super fast. It was still cold it had been sat for a while. I tried to eat it, but we both said the bread bun was so dry it was like chewing sand. The bacon was slimy and pretty much not cooked. The sausage was barely cooked either and was just pale and depressed. Reported it to the manager who refunded us. And said sorry it was the last that had been sat around and the buns come in frozen and are then defrosted. Really disgusting, especially when they charge such high prices for terrible food. They should source their products locally, cook fresh, and, in my opinion, review the prices. Would never try this place again.

Coral Harbour is a visually appealing restaurant, seemingly recently refurbished, as everything looked new and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant, making for an enjoyable dining experience. We ordered a margarita pizza and a chili dog, while my son got a free kids' meal – a cheeseburger. All of the food was tasty, and we had no complaints. The pricing is on the higher side, but I suppose that balances out the free kids' meals. However, the sides felt overpriced – £3.50 for a portion of fries is quite steep. Despite that, I'd consider returning in the future. Its location within Coral Island is very convenient, making it a great spot for a meal while enjoying the attractions.

Honestly wish I'd read the reviews before coming. We normally go to Blackpool every year to see the illuminations and visit the coral harbour during our visit. Didn't know it had been refurbished and was pleasantly surprised on our arrival. It was incredibly busy but they managed to find us a four seat table for my family of five which was a squize but the food has always been great in the past and so we decided to order. We ordered two lasagnas, two kids pasta and one kids hot dog and fries. We ordered on the app which was easy and waited to be served. When our food finally arrived we were all gobsmacked. All five meals including drinks fit on a standard tray with lots of room to spare. I wondered if I'd accidentally ordered a child's lasagna as it was super small and bought in a disposable small tray. No garlic bread, chips or salad. The children's meals were no better and all very small. The restaurant of the past would serve you decent portions on proper plates with proper cutlery not flimsy wooden ones. We were all left extremely disappointed and most importantly hungry. Even my tiny 6 year old who barely eats anything was left hungry. unfortunately we will not be returning and cannot recommend to anyone else. we had a nice time in Blackpool with this being the only disappointment. The restaurant may look more pleasing to the eye but the whole point of a restaurant is to serve decent food and in this case came up well short of expectations. I cannot see this place going the distance if this is the standard moving forward. The past restaurant trumps this one all day, seven days a week. Avoid if you don't want to be...

Absolutely pathetic in comparison to the old place in every respect and trying to be trendy with the facelift its had, but has completely lost the old atmosphere it had in every respect in the process, not to mention the good value for money it used to be! Portions miniscule to what they served when the old menus were available too and just no "traditional" variety as a further incentive to buy either, as they used to have lots of options plus give real value for money by piling the food on your plate and you could actually see what you were buying open range style as it was served right in front of you previously and quicker too! Asked about a portion of garlic bread to accompany the kids meal and would have had to pay an extra fiver just for that alone! You now have to order at a silly bar in the corner too, and why on earth they've now decided to incorporate alcohol into an eating venue that was predominantly and still should be geared towards taking your children into being family oriented as it purports to be, was the final straw for me! Staff very unaccommodating, pretentious and arrogant too, and we were unfortunate to have to deal with a jumped up little manager on the day who acted like a cry baby, adding further insult to injury! Suffice to say we'll never be eating there again on any subsequent visit...
