Expresso Pizza — Restaurant in Gedling

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Stole my money. Ordered via Deliveroo. Got called by the driver to come outside. He wasn’t there, so waited 5 minutes and he didn't show up. Deliveroo blocks the driver’s number so I had to call the restaurant. Driver then rang again and said he gave my order to my father.

This took me by surprise but I was extremely happy to find out he was alive as I was under the impression he passed away 3 years ago…!

The driver clearly delivered to the wrong address without looking at the post code (there is a road of the same name in Carlton nearby) and driver said he’d call me back. Waited 30 minutes and no call so called the restaurant again.

Restaurant said they’d call me back. Again, they didn’t. Terrible customer service, deliveroo refuses to refund me as they claim it’s been delivered. It hasn’t. This restaurant has clearly stolen my money and refuses to...

Picked up kebab and fries and it wasn't until I got home and opened it I realised it looked just like a kebab. Rang up and asked where the fries were and all they kept saying was "lift the kebab meat", I did and didn't see anything. Then then called me back and said they'd checked CCTV and the fries were their so had another look and yes I found the 10 fries they had put under the other side of the kebab meat. Shocked to say the lease more like a token gesture of fries. Then naan bread was not freshly made so as soon as the box was open for 5 minutes the bread snapped like a nacho. Very poor and will definitely not be going back. Shame the newest owners aren't as passionate as...

The food is consistently delicious — proper fresh dough, tasty toppings, and perfectly cooked every time. The kebabs and burgers are great too, never greasy, just full of flavour. The team are always polite and friendly, and delivery is quick and reliable. You can tell they take real pride in what they do.
