Lesley created our unique wedding cake! We were keen to go fully vegan so that almost everyone could try all the flavours, and Lesley's cakes were so tasty you wouldn't have guessed! We also wanted a very unique flavour, which was surprisingly hard to find cake makers willing to try, but this was not a problem for Lesley! She made our beautiful purple cake, in Ube, Vanilla and Choc Orange tiers, and they were so tasty! I'm so glad the venue specifically saved some of each for us, as we would've missed most of it otherwise, it was very popular! Lesley herself is absolutely lovely, willing to try new things, great at communication, and very reasonably priced! We'll definitely be coming back if/when we need cakes in the future! I couldn't recommend Lesley enough!

Lesley is an absolute STAR and a miracle cake creator! I'm not based locally to Notts, so was feeling a bit nervous about choosing a cake maker at random for such a special occasion as a 40th birthday, with no word of mouth to go on. But Lesley was so responsive, kind and helpful from the word go, she really took the time to understand what I was after and to come up with a perfect plan, instilling full confidence in me so I didn't have to worry about anything. The pricing was totally fair, she was able to deliver within Notts for me, and the cake was just SPECTACULAR and utterly delicious! I couldn't have asked for better. Birthday boy was delighted...as were the 50-plus other people it served! Thoroughly recommended. Thank you so much! <3

Lesley recently made the cake for our wedding. We have previously loved everything that Lesley has made for us - she did my wonderful 30th birthday cake last year and various other birthday bits for us. We had a 3 tier cake with carrot cake, chocolate cake and vanilla sponge all with coloured buttercream (to fit with our brightly coloured theme). It all tasted incredible and so many guests said they couldn’t believe it was vegan. Lesley is also a dream to work with very easy to contact and quick to help with any queries. We would recommend Lesley to anyone for all your cake needs! We can’t wait to use her again in the future for cakes. Thank you Lesley xx
