BF SUSHI — Restaurant in Great Britain

I have ordered today 23rd of December 2023 using just eat after reading raving reviews of this place. I have ordered one duck teriyaki with noodles and a maki box of 32 pieces. The website says that the minimum order is £15 and it offers free delivery. My order was a total of £31.57 and against what it said about free delivery I have paid £1.49 plus a service charge of £0.5. I cannot understand how this has happened.

I have taken a photo of the maki sushi tray with a pound coin for size reference, so you can see the true size. It would be nice if the sushi were advertised as Hosomaki, as it is the smallest kind of maki made, about 1", 2.54 cm. so you know what you are ordering. Flavour wise it was not of my liking, the amount of tuna or salmon makes almost impossible to taste it and for the colour of the tuna, palid brown, is telling me it is not very good one. I happen to be from a region in the south of Spain where tuna has been fished for centuries, Cádiz, and Japanese buyers come to purchase high quality tuna, so I know what I am talking about. I have half enjoyed the duck, but with tasteless noodles and scarce teriyaki sauce it felt disappointing. I should have checked that most of the five star reviews are from reviewers with just one and only review, and it happens to be from this place. I am starting to feel cheated and disgusted by fake reviews. I am not going to recommend this venue and it is without saying that I will not order again...

Lovely to see a new business competing. You can see everywhere that your food could come into contact with/be prepared on and it is spotless. You can watch your food prepared fresh. Value for money is there, the salmon and tuna was excellent quality and considering everything was prepared fresh while they took other orders and online orders the wait was reasonable.
