What a turnaround of a customer experience After ordering various items (a fresh juice, a zero wastage basket, a beer and a vegan role) I was left disappointed as I paid £17 via Deliveroo but was left with only a few items one of which was a stale Pain au chocolat (see picture). I did point my frustration out to Brodwolf and I did not have to wait long for a reply. Mollie of Brodwolf not only explained what happened but also got in touch with Deliveroo to refund me some of the costs and in addition arranged for a separate delivery to me which arrived the following morning. And I have to say what I received was more than making up for the previous experience. They arranged for a little basket of various items (see picture) all of which were delicious so far. The picture does not do it justice because of the various tasty treats hidden behind paper but I wanted to show to which length they went. I can only say thank you for such dedication and goodwill to turn my experience around....
Read moreExtremly disappointed and and will not be shopping here again and do not reccomend this bakery. Quite upset and feel robbed. Ordered a few items which we had to sadly dispose. Almond friand muffins- way too sweet and sugary unable to eat . Hazelnut nut chocolate cake was quite gritty and grainy ..what a waste of money. Felt cheated with the vegan cheese spread is not one manufactured by the bakery but ones we get at any supermarket which were priced more!? The Hummus was a big disappointment and no shelf life dates on any of these. Priced a bit much and delivered in quite a disappointing state the muffins were put into a packet and squished. For the way the items are priced one would image it to be delivered In a box. The website looks nice nut no further information listed under each item..definitely will NOT be going back again. Would...

The latest was miserable, no welcome, reluctantly returned a hello so i can only assume the piercing in her lower lip was giving her some grief. I wasn't allowed to buy 1 bottle of beer because, quote from staff member "i know this might seem quite odd but our licence doesn't allow us to sell alcohol without you buying a sandwich but we've run out of sandwiches so i can't sell you a beer" to which i said how ridiculous that was but typical of this country compared to eg. Italy where you can buy alcohol pretty much anywhere with or without food, then we left without...
