What an absolute joke of a takeaway. Used to actually be alright a few years ago, but it's gone all the way down now.

We ordered through UE and were given a delivery time, the order arrived an hour later and when we rang to chase we were given the run around. To add injury to insult, when the food finally arrived it was inedible! The garlic sauce was off, chicken was dry and the "cheese" burger didn't have any cheese, salad or sauce. The whole meal was a disaster that just belonged in the bin.

As if that wasn't bad enough, some of our order was missing and they denied it when we rang them! The audacity!!!

Rudest customer service not sure if it’s the owner on the phone or staff. Rang today 30minutes before closing to order collection and been asked “why are you ringing now for”. Proper let down compared to what it was before also the food quality is awful now. Rather go to a different one or elsewhere. The takeaway is a joke, ordered in the past a big order over £50 to collect and he’s given me a 45minutes time to come and collect it and when I get there and paid for it he said he will start making it and it will take 10mins then another 45minutes goes by it’s still not ready.
