While in Bournemouth for our dance competition, between the days we danced what a beautiful gem we have found! Cosy Club, the name says all! If you are looking to not just eating food but you are looking to an experience where the staff makes you feel comfortable and spoiled, this is the place to go! We tried for breakfast and we ended up booking for the same evening for dinner and come back the day after for more breakfast 😅 I want to specify in particular how good these guys are within regards ALLERGIES! Amazing: 1. First question after being greeted and before having been showed our seat… is there anyone that has allergies? 2. On the answer yes Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame seeds the reaction wasn’t “sorry I just want to say we cannot guarantee bla bla bla… instead they have showed us the allergens card with QR code to check and said that they have a chef that is going to be dedicated with the allergy. If you have allergies you will understand where I am coming from… I don’t have but my girlfriend have and I can tell you the difference this makes to her! Thank you Guys, we will be back every time we come down to Bournemouth and having discovered that is a chain we will definitely be looking for more in other cities! PS: (Sorry I forgot to take the picture for the dinner that was absolutely exquisite… we had risotto with chicken and all sort of vegetable amazing and a burger! 💯)

My husband and I decided to pop in for a spontaneous lunch and were seated promptly upstairs. A very interesting and eclectic decor that keeps you looking around as you investigate more and more of the pictures and unique lighting fixtures, there’s a wonderful vibrant atmosphere with just the right level of noise from music and conversation. I decided to go for the Butchers Brunch with poached eggs, treacle-cured pork belly chop, two Cumberland sausages, smoked back bacon, house rostis, chorizo beans, buttered toasted sourdough and my husband had 6 American Pancakes with streaky bacon, blueberries and maple syrup. Everything was very tasty, all the pork products on my brunch were well cooked without being dry the pancakes were nice and fluffy. The Butches Brunch was a bit pork-heavy for my liking and could have used something to lighten it a little, perhaps grilled tomato or mushrooms to cut through all the meat and the pancakes could have the option of some yoghurt to enhance them, none the less we enjoyed our lunch very much and want to return for breakfasts or dinner soon. We were served by Max who was very friendly and attentive, always bringing a smile with him.

We booked for a brunch with a party of 7. We were taken to a table in the corner of the restaurant and forgotten about. The restaurant wasn't all that busy at the time of 1030 on a Sunday. Once the waiter eventually came over he seemed to be flustered and very sweaty. He took our drinks order no problem and eventually returned to deliver them after initially dropping the tray and having to put a second order of drinks in. These things happen. On return he took our order without noting down the choices. As expected after 10 mins he was back to check our order again. Completely unnecessary if he'd just noted down the order. Once the food had arrived it was good so it kind of made up for the flakey service we had. If you're early enough request to sit at the top of the building. There is 3 levels and the top has a sunroom, it's the best area of the restaurant with brightly painted walls and a bright room in general. I only noticed it on passing to go to the loos which were clean I should mention. We won't race back but it did the job

I usually am not a fan of chain restaurants, but Cosy Club stood out as one of the more memorable eateries I visited during my visit in the UK. First time visit was to the Bournemouth location. The interior decor was what originally attracted me to visit. Pretty much anywhere would be an interesting Instagram post. Warm and comforting lighting, truly lived up to be called "cozy".

Service was friendly and overall efficient. Nothing to complain about there.

The food was surprisingly good for the most part as well. We ordered the fillet steak and the British Beef Burger with sweet potato fries. The steak was of good quality, but I felt the seasoning was a bit aggressive and would have rather left the seasoning to the customer.

The burger, though, was surprisingly good. The patty was more on the tender side and quite juicy. Not over seasoned but just right, enough for me to pick up the natural taste of the meat. Just a simple, solid, satisfying burger.

I'd recommend the sweet potato fries over the truffle fries. Sweet potato fries were cut to the right bite size, and had a nice crispy texture on the outside while staying nice and soft on the inside. The seasoning was just right, allowing me to eat a bunch without feeling they were salty.

I would say the steak was a bit overpriced, but the burger was so good that I felt it was almost a bargain.

Overall a great first time experience and at the time looking forward to having that burger again, which did happen only a...

If you would like to visit here and await service at your table for 25 minutes, this is the place to go!

After venturing into the dying town that is Bournemouth and having a wealth of dining options that it presents, myself and partner decided to try an old favourite of ours and visit the Cosy Club. We waited 5 minutes for someone to become available, of which we were seated next to the windows, now on a very muggy day we asked if these could be opened and were met with a swift no 'But we can put a fan over here for you'.. Great, recycled air!

We were given a much much much reduced menu to what i could compare to last time with very few choices beyond the usual 'pub grub'

After deciding from the limited menu, we tried catching the gaze of more than a handful of waiters and waitresses, however no avail and we were sat left waiting for a drinks order for roughly 20 minutes. Add another 5 minutes of manoeuvring round the commotion of what appeared to be a work colleague bringing in their dog to which the whole staff ground to a halt to catch up and surround them and the dog, leaving other tables to their own devices and more astonishingly, not even noticing we had upped and left as we had asked them politely to 'Excuse me please' as we accessed the lift back down.

I can't recommend this place as unfortunately lack of service and effort has been a recurring nightmare for this place in particular and would not make my shortlist of suggested dining...
