Traditional Chinese hot pot with Korean/Chinese BBQ. You can have 2 soup base for each table and it is all you can eat. Drink-wise, we chose Chinese plum juice which is always my favourite. There is a large variety of food to choose from for hot pot and BBQ. Black pepper steak and squids are very good. Apart from that, there are also some cold starters, the beans spout is good. There are also some fries, chicken nuggets and onion rings if you fancy. Fruits and dessert are provided. Self-service ice cream is my bf’s favourite. The food quality is worth the price. The service from most staff were brilliant, very attentive and friendly. Grill paper was changed in time, the juice and soup were topped up efficiently, without us asking. The meal was amazing without flaws, however, one of the staff was being difficult. The restaurant was really hot, we were sweating and I can hear nearby customers complaining but no one raised it to the staff. So we asked the staff politely if they can turn on the air-conditioner. The first staff went to ask the senior member of staff. The “senior member of staff” who’s wearing glasses, 5ft3, came by and told me the following, First, the air-con above does not have function for air-conditioning, for heating only. (However, they turned it on later and it does have air-conditioning.) Second, if they turn on the air-con, the local Glasgow customer sitting next table would say it is too cold and complain. Third, he said it is cold outside and also UK does not use air conditioning. Which I said, it is fine. He went away for a minute and came back, pointing the weather forecast on his phone and show me that it is 19 degrees outside. He’s trying to prove that my request is obsurd. I felt this is an extremely provoking behaviour which he is trying to start a war with his customer. First, he is lying that the air-conditioner does not do air-conditioning. Second, he did not ask the neighbouring table and just use the assumption to attack me. Thirdly, UK does have places using air-conditioner in hot days. I understand that the restaurant would want to cut costs and I would understand and accept if they are being honest. But it is unacceptable to lie to the customer and provoke them in any way.

100th -or so visit - (bath street) I had no idea this was the same place i used to go to all the time when it was near the gallery, so happy to have found it again! Another brilliant time and I'm not surprised after discovering this! The staff were amazing and super informative, helpful, kind and warm. Thank you to every single one, you all made the night wonderful, I am so grateful. The restaurant is great, easy to follow and food is brilliant, very fun to do the cooking and such too. But honestly what made it was the staff, everyone was so lovely. I was taken by such surprise when they started singing happy birthday and brought the wee dessert, I was looking around thinking it was for someone else but really the lovely Waitress who was tending to us had overheard my friend tell me "happy birthday" on arrival and later asked him if they could surprise me. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, honestly made my night. I was so overwhelmed with happiness and appreciation i even forgot to blow out the candle at first. I have had the best birthday and an amazing start to the year, thanks so much to everyone. Thank you! 1st visit (across from kelvinart gallery) Truely amazing, the staff are so kind and thoughtful! Constantly checking on us and helping us as it was our first time there and we were really unsure what to do. The boy who helped us first explained it really clear and was so great full night cause he saw we were lost! The girl with the pink hair and the one with the robot necklace were so lovely too! Thank yous for helping our valentine's so nice! Food is also so tasty and amazing, so much choice and price is incredible for it!

Attention to SEAFOOD LOVERS: if you intended to go to this restaurant to have especially seafood even especially razor clams and crabs, please think twice! We ordered twice for razor clams and crabs but nothing arrived. I believe we have enough patience until we asked the waitress and she said no stock! We weren't happy at all! First they should inform us when we walked in the restaurant either verbally or make a note in their menu ie: blank out those items they don't have stocks! Second, if they didn't do above, they should inform us the first time we place order. They shouldn't just ignore us. Third, if they still do do all above, they should be sincerely apologetic! The boss wasn't apologetic at all and avoiding what had happened! He told us various excuses. Blaming waitress are part time, blaming kitchen staff, also saying that he wasn't boss, can't decide things. All nonsense. One of the looked like manager (lady) who previously said she would discuss with the boss, she wouldn't be able to waive the whole bill but could do with some discounts. I went to pay the bill and guess what, the lady didn't look at me at all! She arranged another waitress to send me a bill. The bill was full price! No discount at all. I paid for it. But before I left, I raised my concerns firmly! Unfortunately he wasn't showing a good gesture as how it should be. Just handed me £15 and said that was the maximum he can do. The evening meal was an unexpected bad experience we have ever had. This restaurant charged £25 pp which is not cheap at all, but didn't provide full menu as it should be be. They are nothing different than scammer!

I would say the price is a rather expensive but for a buffet style restaurant, its worth it. The service, however was bad and they ONLY ACCEPT CASH while their sign shows WELCOME Visa/MasterCard payment. We paid £74.97 in total for 3 and the service we received do not even deserved a 2 star review. It was the most unpleasant dining experience I ever had in Scotland.

I made my initial booking at 8PM for 4 early on Friday and the lady ask me to book at 730PM as the new restriction implement, restaurant must be closes at 10PM. So I did and all of us are very excited to try this BBQ restaurant especially my non Asian friend. One of my friend was working late and we expect him to come at 9 so at least he has 30-45mins to eat. He was more excited than any of us and didn’t has his food after lunch break just to keep his appetite for this BBQ.

I inform the lady my friend will be late, she remind me the closing time and I told her yes my friend will make it. After that she and other staff continuously came to ask if my friend can make it whenever they serve us or I bump into the lady. She explained that it was the new rules for restaurant to follow otherwise they will be fine. All this time we are totally understand and I also told her we will go before 10. We call to our friend to make sure he can come at 9.

Around 830PM we made our last order and bbq what we have to make sure our friend has his food when he reach. All sauces and dishes has been taken away at the buffet, staffs was sweeping the floor and doing cleaning so we thought that’s fine to have our last order. We are not the only table by the time, there was 2 more tables with us. Then the lady came to us AGAIN and I told her that’s ok we will leave at 9:45, she didn’t ans and I asked again so if that’s ok we leave at 9:30 and she say DONT KNOW but it would be great if we can leave early. This is the time really upset me because we have been told the restaurant will be close at 10 and promise to go before 10 all the time when they come to us. Now we have to leave earlier than 930 if we can? Thats so ridiculous that we paid for almost £80 and we have to beg the restaurant to let us stay longer while they are open. Both of us are speaking in Mandarin and I clearly rmb she said: 我不知道啦,我們也是沒有辦法跟著rules走的,可以的話你們就早一點走. We have no choice to bail our poor friend out in last minute and never felt so stress to finish our food and leave early.

We go around 930 and when we thought everything has over, sorry NO. They only accept cash and asked us to go outside redraw the money. Meanwhile I don’t see any CASH ONLY sign so I asked other staffs how could this happen and she told me the card machine hasn’t reach to them and they always accept cash. (我们一直以來都是收現金的) I checked the reviews only saw one person who mention about cash payment was 11 months ago. I didn’t know your card machine took you so long to reach.

This is our first time be here and will be the only time. I am really not happy how your staff keep interrupt us while we are eating and rushed us off to leave. All the hassles could be easily avoid if the restaurant still feels like we are breaking the rule by leaving before 10, then you should tell us that we need to leave before 930 and not taking customer after 9 before seating. Don’t take the restaurant curfew as an excuse just because you want to finish your job earlier and all staff can go home at sharp 10PM. Nothing were inform earlier and I felt so embarrassed especially I invited all my friends to enjoy this recommended restaurant. This experience really left a bad impression of Asian service line.
